Can someone help clarify

On one side - I hear so many startup founders complaining about lack of startup ecosystem support in India.

This side is more vocal.

But on another side - as an incubator owner & working with VC, Angels - I hear their views as well which seems rational that most startups are not ready, practical, equipped.

I see merit on both sides & wish to know how to bridge this gap better - any practical ideas welcome.

Am surprised how people are not updated - but Akansha chamola just admitted in her confession in Lockkup that GK & she are seperated since 1 year.

TLDR of entire situation those asking

1. Soliha & Farru unfollowed each other towards end of May, soon after F left for Cape town
2. Farru's mom's account has been active since 8-9 years & has been liking many Farru's posts, stories, etc. also BB contestants posts
3. Now this is where things become serious - when Farru was about to return around 20th Jun, this handle started posting very serious allegations about children mistreating parents, how people hide truth from society, etc.
4. Same time, This handle started sharing personal pictures, voice notes, videos of mother + relatives, etc.
5. Farru posted snake pic as best friend - maybe Soliha
6. Multiple Farru PR handles including FC, deepankar claim that many handles blocked by F/agency on X & there were SS of abuses by Adil (agency person & known to F since long)
7. Farru did live on 23rd June on returning which was correct but she clearly sided with agency, Adil which got many handles, long term loyalists more angry.
8. Most are not able to understand that why is Farru siding with agency, Adil over mother, family, soliha, many rebellion loyal handles
9. Above all - why is she silent on mom & where is Mom really - is doing a joint Live or posting a picture together that hard?
10. Things are still unclear till Mumma bhatt comes out clear with Farru to clear her stance. This is most important right now.

As a 15+ yrs experienced professional - I realise that how my senior colleagues are justifying their own manipulation, wrong practices.

Have seen them knowingly allow wrong practices to exist, wrong product + tech to exist just so they can earn salary longer.

Have seen them protecting men with children against female with children logic being that male are provider of the house.

More I work - more I see this being normalised...

As a single female worker - I feel quite cornered to save myself basis my work deliverables, good conduct alone.

I don't have children to sell in office to beg seniors to let me keep my job.

Let me know if am the only one experiencing this.

So they can get them killed first when dagger, sword, missile comes to attack them!

Especially since females are known to not know game theory, warfare, Machiavellis well enough so they are considered worthy hires for short term warfare!

All the very best ladies - am on your side especially if you are capable, worthy!

The image I will always hold for Pranit more is a sad boy who nobody truly likes & sees his family in distress all the time so he decides to use the negativity inside him to spread outside.

My Logic is Rithwik has been best in stunts while Farrhana is the X factor for the show .... she has to be in finals.... might be the winner too..

As a female - i can never enjoy this feeling of monthly leakage, cramps, discomfort, indigestion...

The scrutiny as a student + sportsperson when younger was worst ...

The disadvantage felt during travels, office hours felt wrong...

Even now in my late 30s - i don't find any reason to accept it ...

I don't have kids, might never have them..

But even if this nature's gift to reproduce healthy happy babies then why to make it a recurring process of 5 days every month from age of 11-12 years till mid 50s
