Hey baseball family, Headed to the Brewers in august for 4 days and need ideas on what there is to do in Wisconsin.

Basically me and my brother are going to wisconsin for 4 days. Was supposed to be 2 days Milwaukee and 2 days Seattle, but due to unforeseen circumstances we are staying in milwukee all 4 days. August 3rd-6th

We have absolutely zero idea what there is to do up as we are from Texas and never even been anywhere near that far north. Any ideas would be great! (Also we're heavily used to driving a hour+ just to get from 1 side to the other side of the city no problem so ideas can be for anything east side of Wisconsin, not just Milwaukee)

Also to note we have no gotten our tickets for the game yet, as we have no idea what's a good place to sit. We like either really nice spots or iconic spots. We compete who get's better seats and it's my turn to get tickets so help me pick some good ones. 🤪lol
Thank you in advance!

I kind of feel bad for my female cubicle partner.

I didn't know where else to type this but, I have this co-worker, female, not my type but attractive. I've kind of felt bad for her lately as she is the only woman in our department and because of this, she gets sooo much attention and never any alone time.

I think she's we've moved departments 3 weeks ago, she's had a total of 10 minutes to herself. She gets guys from all over that come to her. I still remember our first day when she made an announcement telling everyone not to bother her because she's not a people person, anti-social and just likes to be left alone.... yet it's been everything but that since then.

I generally wouldn't care of even notice but seeing as she's literally right next to me, It's hard not to, Even being partners I think in total we'd spoken maybe like 5 sentences to each other the entire time we've been here. I do my best not to bother her seeing as she's already always crowded.

I wrote this cause there was this moment where she was on the phone, literally almost balling cause she saw her ex husband for the first time earlier today since there divorce, and i mean as soon as she was done on the phone, a guy comes in. I'm like fuck, didn't even have time to get herself back together. I mean she hid that she was emotional just minutes before very well, he didn't even notice but damn... it kinda sucks.

Are we an ungrateful fanbase?

These are just two examples but there are literally hundreds of examples on tiktok, X, and Threads talking about how Reliant is the greatest stadium they've ever seen. I know... as someone who's been to all 3, it's nothing compared to Sofi Stadium or Dallas stadium, but it's not junk and their is a reason we get Superbowls, WBC, World Cup, March Madness, Rodeo among other amazing things here. I know this will change nothing and the owners will want a new stadium regardless, and they will get one. But for what it was reliant is a cool stadium and when it was built, definitely ahead of it's time.

Any recommendations to make this office space more relaxing, fun, unique?

So I just started a job as a Criminal Analyst. This is the first job i've ever had that is not only based in an office, but where I have a space that's actually mine. Most of my co-workers have pretty standard set-ups, which is cool, but I would like to give my office space a bit more personality. My supervisor said it doesn't matter what i put in it as long as it's not derogatory or offensive. I'm a male. Any set up or item ideas?

Looking for different passive income/investing ideas besides stocks.

Basically as of right now, the only investing I have going on is my Roth IRA, Pension and separate stock account I throw money into weekly. I got an unexpected bonus from my work recently and wanted to try my hand at either investing it (not through stocks) or using it to create passive income for myself.

I've always been bothered with the idea that all my money comes strictly from a job I could lose literally at anytime, especially with AI replacing so many. Anyway, Just looking for some ideas, even if odd or risky. I was wanting to try P2P lending but so many people said with interest rates and websites becoming stricter, that it's just not worth the risk.

Who was in charge on the 7 in between Soldier Boy and Homelander?

When we see the flashback of what happened to Soldier Boy, it was said by Stan that Homelander was still a child. So in that time it took homelander to become a full grown man which was obviously a good amount of years, who was actually in charge of the 7 or atleast that current iteration of the 7 at that time? I thought maybe Nior but with all the Mental and physical issues he was going through at the time, I wouldn't think so, I mean he is a true assassin, cold, calculated and trusted but he feels better as a hitman than an actual longterm leader, especially since communication is rough for him. Is it ever stated who was in command at that time?

Very close to getting hired from an announcement way back for OIG-HUD, What do they do?

So years ago I applied to an 1811 spot for Department of Urban Housing Development. The steps went fast at first, then they full stopped for about a year, called me and said they're planning on finishing the steps out, it would be my first 1811 gig but mostly applied because i'd be able to stay home which was the biggest factor for me, but i genuinely have zero idea what they do, I know what actual Urban Housing and Development does, as I have an uncle that works for them, but I have absolutely zero idea what the 1811 side does and neither does he.

Just flew into Chicago for a trip. Is there a reason everyone is dressed in pokemón stuff?

I got off the train and first thing I see is a group of people wearing Pokemon stuff. Walking downtown and so many people are in Pokemon gear, on the pokemon go app, every gym is filled and all the raids have 10+ people active. Is there a pokemon event in chicago somewhere or is Pokemon culture just that big on Chicago?

I'm (M30) am going to a dating event with a bunch of co-workers (guys and girls) Never done anything like this and need advice.

So my co-workers invited me to this dating event, they wanted all the single people from our office to attend. From what I know, The event is ticket purchase only, We will have to fill out a personality test and then the people who have the most compatibility with you will be paired to talk together on a "date" at the venue we're going to, then after that, you will be able to freely mingle with whoever you want, shoot your shot i guess or just leave after. I can't lie, i'm nervous as hell. I don't know if i'm more nervous fumbling whoever matches with me or fumbling in front of my co-workers and they get someone and i don't. Idk the whole thing has me tense as i never did anything before. For clarification we ARE NOT dating eachother. This is a city issued event. We're trying to date anyone but coworkers

Not sure if this is the right sub but...my co-workers invited me to this dating event, they wanted all the single people from our office to attend. I can't lie, i'm nervous as hell, waaay out of my comfort zone, and feel like the least attractive of my male co-workers especially because I am the shortest. Idk the whole thing has me tense as i never did anything before.

UPDATE CLARIFICATION: WE ARE NOT DATING or trying to date EACHOTHER. This is a city event where we are trying to find OTHER PEOPLE to date.

Me and my brother are hitting all the MLB parks, Wrigley Field is next for us. Looking for seat suggestions.

Planning to go to the game on June 7th and looking to get some good seats. Budget for seats is like $120 each. We like to walk the stadium around, and try the "special edition" food item, and then drink a lot. We rotate buying tickets for each stadium and kind of compete with each other for either the closest seats if it's a cheaper team or funnest/best atosphere seats for the mid to higher expensive teams. It's my turn to buy for cardinals and cubs, so i'm looking for suggestions on seats! Looking forward to being in y'alls stadium! Heard it's legendary.
