for me - the scene is episode 5 where they all explain their backgrounds. don't get me wrong, it's good to reveal some stuff about the characters, but it really gives off telling instead of showing and not to mention it doesn't even make sense? Wouldn't the other characters already know those things about each other since they've supposedly been there for years? And why all of a sudden when Pomni shows up everyones just learning new things about one another? Second worst would be the jax crashout scene in the gun episode but that horse has been beaten so much it's basically pulp.
whats yours?
Help is this real?? I've really been getting into Ancient Egyptian Mythology and I just read somewhere that Horus gets Seth pregnant?? By cumming on a piece of lettuce??😭😭 I'm so confused what??
I LOVED a Little Life by Hanya Yanagihara. It made me sob and that's why I loved it because I adore when books make me genuinely feel something and the writing was amazing and Jude is one of my favorite characters EVER, but when I checked online, everyone seems to despise this book?? I was so confused 😭😭
Anyways, what yours?
I'm currently writing a book with FIVE perspectives and I know it's a lot but I wanna know what people think a good amount of perspectives is?

I often see people online who when finding reasons to hate on KPDH will say the animation is bad and use the image of that scene in Soda Pop where the saja boys have wobbly legs or whatever as an 'example', which like... do these people know what a smear frame is?? At least learn the basic elements of animation before criticizing it!!
Please I'm looking for them for informational purposes only
"The taste of plastic in my meal is stronger than usual today."
I hate this man more than anything but everyone in the fandom seems to love him? though like I can watch his scenes in the show over and over again and the only times he's somewhat likeable is episode one. other than that, he's an absolute bum and does nothing but bully the women of the show and blackmail Gangle and people are in love with this twink ass mfing bonnie ass purple rabbit? Please can Jax fans tell me in the comments why people find him so enjoyable and believe he did nothing wrong like I must know the appeal? Is it the fanservice??? WHY DO PEOPLE LOVE HIM???

For context, I'm a white Australian with a mum and dad who are also white Australians. In Australia - to honor the Aboriginals who died during history we do an acknowledgement of country before most major events. However, whenever this happens, my parents will always complain about how unnecessary it is and my father often rants about how it pisses him off that they 'did nothing' to earn it. Once again, when mentioning Sorry Day (which is a day to say sorry to the Aboriginal Australians who suffered), my sister brought it up and my parents said they had 'nothing to say sorry about'. For reference, until 1967 - which is 59 years ago, Aboriginal people were not considered humans. Whenever a person who doesn't have the darkest possible shade of skin says they're aboriginal, my parents immediately doubt it and believe the only way you can be Aboriginal is if you look like a literal tribesman or whatever.
Whenever I bring up the topic of them being racist (usually as a joke) they say I'm ridiculous for thinking that and that they're not - which is hard to believe judging by what they say. They also claim me and my sister are being 'indoctrinated' into believing that Aboriginal people suffered more than white people??
I literally despise this and they're 'good' people, but I can't stand it when they do this right in front of me and think 'we're not racist'. I just really needed to get this off my chest since there's no way I can argue back to them since they're the ones paying for my future.
I'm writing a book w/ multiple POVs about a grooming situation including the POV of the victim, the groomer and some bystanders but every time I write the groomer's POV idk how to make it seem like he's a nice guy but deep down a creep? Like I want the audience to trust him as well which basically proves how convincing groomers can be and how bad they can gaslight people.
I want to write a book with the main themes around growing from trauma and how different people handle sexual trauma as a child through four people who were used in child prostitution media as kids and how they each cope as adults but I'm worried people will compare it to A Little Life
