I currently have a Philips oneblade and I’m not a fan.

I’m also open to any another brand.

Hi everyone,
Since the fall of 2025, I’ve been having episodes of eye irritation and blurry vision. After seeing an optometrist, I was diagnosed with meibomian gland dysfunction (MGD) caused by ocular rosacea.

I underwent IPL and LipiFlow treatments, and they worked really well—I was symptom-free for about five months. Unfortunately, my symptoms have now started coming back.

I have another IPL session scheduled for next Tuesday.

I’d love to hear about other people’s experiences.
Should I see an ophthalmologist?

Are there any other treatments that have worked well for you?

What tends to trigger your flare-ups? I can’t seem to figure mine out. I can go for weeks feeling completely fine, and then, completely randomly in the middle of the day, my eyes suddenly become irritated and my vision gets blurry.

The IPL treatments are also quite expensive…

My Encode Plus is configured with both Thread and wifi (homekit and the app).

Obviously, the batteries don’t last long.

Ineas thinking about resetting it and adding it directly to HomeKit so that the wifi is disabled.

Anyone did this? How long do batteries last with thread only?

Want to use an old ipad as wall mounted dash board but the home app is so limited and ugly.

Any recommendations for a better app where you can add things like weather, calendar and arrange things?

I’m not asking for Home assistant level of customization but at least more than the default app…

I have a Sony X950G and the blooming is so annoying. Also the colors are so dull compare to newest TVs.

I always dreamed about an OLED.

But I’m looking at the LGOLED subreddit and there are so many defective panels that it’s scary. WOLED seems to be a panel lottery.

I keep my TVs for 10 years and I feel I will buy another one few years after.

I know people with problems make posts and others don’t but the ratio of problems on this subreddit is so high.

From what I read, QD-OLED seems better but the price…

Sometimes I just think about upgrading to mini led (or wait for rgb led when the price goes down). Not the perfect blacks but not bad at all.

I’m no expert. What do people think of this

So a 20 years old fridge. Freezer (top) works perfectly but the fridge section at the bottom stays around 8c (46f) and can’t get colder.

Can’t decide between both. 24gb of ram in both case.

The size of the screen is important to me but the MBP 16 is too expansive for me.

MBA: is no fan a problem? Most of my work doesn’t require huge processing but I love using Lightroom and make couples videos per years for fun with Final cut.

At the same time, how often do fans run on the MBP? Are they loud? My current laptop of a old MBP intel 2020 and i’m so tired of the fans.

Everyone talks about how great is the display on the MBP. Does the MBA display looks really that bad compared to MBP?
