Hi everyone! I recently started managing both our founder’s LinkedIn profile and our company LinkedIn page, and I would love some advice from people who have experience growing LinkedIn accounts organically.

I basically started from scratch and we already have content prepared. So far, this is what I’ve been doing For the founder’s LinkedIn:

- Posting consistently using our existing content
- Connecting with around 10–15 relevant people per day
- Doing around 20 replies/engagements per day
- Engaging with relevant people in our industry

The connection growth has actually been pretty good. We’ve now reached around 1,000 connections on the founder’s profile.

However, the problem is that post impressions and engagement are still relatively low, despite having around 1,000 connections and consistently doing engagement.

For the company LinkedIn page, the situation is very different. The page is growing extremely slowly, with only around 50 followers so far with the same
Method I did above.

I’m trying to understand if this is normal or if there’s something I should change in the strategy. Cause i used the same method in other platforms like insta and x which grows fine.

I’m trying to make sure I’m not just increasing the numbers but actually building an audience that engages with the content.

Also, is there a daily limit for connection requests, comments, or other activities that I should stay within to avoid getting the account restricted?

Hello po!! Planning po sana mag diet, kaya po mag meal plan po ako. Bago palang po ako sa ganito, kaya need ko po ng advice huhu. Budget friendly recos po sana and di po matrabaho na dish.

68 kg po ako and 5’6 height. goal ko po sana 50-55 kg po.

As of now po eto palang po naiisip ko po:

Breakfast

✅ Oatmeal (okay po ba to? Nakakapayat po ba siya?)

1. Quaker rolled oats
2. Milk ( pwede po pasuggest ano po maganda milk)
3. Fruits
4. Honey

✅ Wheat Bread

1. Gardenia wheat bread
2. Egg
3. Avocado
4. Tuna

( suggest pa po kayo pwede breakfast huhu sanay po kasi ako nagbbreakfast pag umaga )

Lunch

✅ Chicken Breast
✅ Tofu any dish
✅ Cream dory ( oks po ba to? Ano po luto pwede dito hahahaha )
✅ ginisang pechay

Dinner

✅ Salad
✅ Salad with wrap

(Suggest pa po kayo pls )

Snacks (minsan lang pag nagcrave matamis)

✅ wheat bread
✅ mood food peanut butter high protein ( goods po ba to? )
✅ yogurt with fruits

Exercise ( homeworkout lang )

✅ Cardio exercise sa youtube HAHAHA
✅ treadmill ( 10k steps )

Problem/goal: Hello po!! Ung babae kapatid ko po is seaferer, nabuntis nung kapwa nya dun tapos ngaun 3 years na iniiwan samin ung bata. Hindi na kaya ng mama ko kasi senior na tapos may office work pa siya. Si papa senior na din and may work din sa office kaya ala sa bahay. Tapos ako may work (WFH ) hindi ko na din kaya kasi makulit na ung bata need talaga mabantayan.

Ayaw nung nanay maghanap ng katulong gastos pa daw eh jusko pagod na ung nanay ko at ako. Nakita ko payslip niya 6 digits at malaki na kasi posisyon ng kapatid ko sa barko. Tapos pag andito siya di naman din niya inaalagaan anak niya parang lutang.

3k lang din binibigay monthly para sa alaga, eh di naman need ng nanay ko un kasi 50k naman sweldo nun sa pharmacist office work niya. Ung tatay nung bata wala din break na sila pero nag susustento naman.

May way ba para di muna pasampahin sa barko? Para alagaan niya tong anak niya? Sobra kastress tanda tanda na ng nanay ko imbes mag hayahay nalang nag aalaga pa din hahahaha

Hello! I am a social media manager handling a client’s TikTok account. When I log into the account on my phone, I am unable to follow accounts or like posts, although I can still comment. However, when my client uses the same account on their phone, they can follow and like posts without any issues.

Hello po! Pa reco naman po na nag aayos ng laptop repair shop around plaridel, pulilan, malolos, baliwag. Ung dito kasi samin sobra mahal libo ung siningil, pero dipa naayos ng tama kahit minimal issue lang ung laptop 😭😭 Thank you po!!!
