I got last week magnesium and potassium powder to supplement my body and today i received iboga root powder from a reputable store in Netherlands.

I work solo with Ayahuasca about twice a month but I’m not sure what to expect from Iboga.

My intention is to work with low doses that i can handle solo— same way i work with Ayahuasca.

I want to have a trip-inducing dose then continue with the rest of the powder by micro dosing.

I’m amazed by u/sabnock101 experience with consuming tryptophan and how it converts to tryptamine with the aid of B6 under the influence of Harmalas.

I would like to experiment with it at my own risk. There is a chance of serotonin syndrome maybe on higher doses of tryptophan.

I genuinely don’t know what to expect as I haven’t found enough clear information on how the experience should feel like. I’m guessing it might give a mushroom or ayahuasca body high without visions?

I’m planning to:
consume 3.5g rue powder
After 1 hour take 500mg tryptophan + B6

I’m not sure if this is the right B6 form/ dose that converts tryptophan to tryptamine. One capsule contains 62mg— i didn’t understand the chart in the picture.

I was thinking why just keep it simple because both bottles are clean and pasteurized.

I’ve done Ayahuasca very low dose 2.5g rue powder , 1.2g mimosa tea. It didn’t work as I expected.

I think the best way for me is to make tea of both and drink separately of course. But boiling the rue make its aroma all over the house. But drinking rue is better for me because i only need to wait 20min to drink mimosa and the purge take longer which is good so the mimosa tale full effect ime.

I found this icaro suggested to me and it seems an authentic one by a well known shipibo shaman. I want to share it with you☀️🌸🧡

I was a bit surprised after boiling for an hour and the root powder turn to dark red. It was only 2g.

Did I overcook it or is this how it should be?

I read somewhere that is different from mimosa or rue and that i don’t need to add lemon or acidity to the water as that might affect the tea compounds.

I’m not sure for how long I boil it. I put 2g powder and currently boiling for 1hour.

I work with Ayahuasca solo (mimosa+rue) and my maximum dose was 3.5g mimosa, it’s very strong and very visual. Sometimes even on a lower dose like 1.5g i still get immersed in the visuals that at times i face scary things but i forget to open my eyes. It is as if Ayahuasca herself make me forget to open/break the vision.

How can tale lower doses and not get owned by the visions? I appreciate your insights🧡

In the past i had great trips brewing the mimosa and rue. I decided to bypass brewing because it is a bit tiring— i had to brew single dose each time to ensure precise amount.

This time it was not successful, i took 3g rue powder and after 30min i took 1.4g mimosa powder. The trip was mainly from rue because i purged mimosa about 15-20min as i couldn’t keep it.

I know other people have great ayahuasca experience using capsules filled with the mimosa powder but i think i don’t have the “guts” for it🐹
