Question what do you do in your church mosque temple synagogue or shrine service etc

So my parents use the argument that it sounds good on paper but doesn’t work in actuality or tht no socialist countrys have worked how do I respond or because more knowledge on socialism my typical argument is socialism has worked in a bunch of countries like chile guatemala kerala burkina faso and bolivia i also say capitalism isn’t no different there are many dictatorships in capitalist societies

Especially in theold testament where he kills all first born in Egypt allows slavery stoning of children the genocide of the philistines etc like so much of what i see god does in the bible is so evil how do you reconcile i feel why do i worship a god who commands such things

So i have been loving Catholicism then i found out annihilation isn’t compatible with catholic teaching then i did hours of compulsive research it feels like a moral dilemma where i am screwed anyways cause hell is a eternal couscous torment i don’t want to be Christian anymore but I’m in this dilemma help i don’t want to be tortured for eternity what even is hell like when we get the new body do we experience physical pain and torture now?
