Bleck is Psychic/Dark because In addition to trying to destroy literally everything (Dark type means Evil type in Japan as a reminder), Count Bleck has many other magic powers granted by the Chaos Heart, and psychic is just sort of a ground term for magical in Pokemon.

Nastasia is Psychic/Normal because besides brainwashing people with magic, shes just a normal secretary for the Count

Mimi is Bug/Fairy because of her spider form, and its heavily implied Mimi is a failed recreation of the Pixl Queen. She also puts up this act of innocence and cuteness, which is often associated for the Fairy type. (I thought of making her Bug/Dark since that innocence is just a ploy, but i didn't want over half of them to be Dark just because they're evil)
