Natural fibre supportive bra UK please?

Hi, with the impending heat-wave here I really need get a natural fibre bra to try to help with sweaty underboob. Any recommendations please?

What's anyone else doing for this issue in hot weather, I can not go braless, it leads to painful boobs and irritation where skin touches skin.

Family accomodations

Hi, I am no longer willing to visit my parents as they will not stop using fabric conditioner and other fragrances. This has been an ongoing scenario over the later years, I have explained over and over and they are unwilling to accommodate my condition.

I've finally said I won't visit anymore. I am heartbroken I won't see them again, they are in another country and I always get so ill while I'm there, it's not a case where I could just pop in and out.

They are elderly and I get it, they don't want to change their ways and this condition is difficult to understand, but my sister who is their carer gets it and just doesn't care.

Changes over 60

Hi, I used to love a long hot shower, nowadays I can only have a short warm shower else my skin is dry and wrecked. I'm guessing it's my age, I can no longer shower daily without fear of sore dry skin, especially around my breasts, no amount of moisturiser will fix it.

Anyone else experiencing this, any tips please?

I use very little ultra gentle wash, rinsed straight off, I try to do my armpits without getting it elsewhere.

What items/product will you never give up?

I'm having to make cutbacks wherever I can. I've cut a few subscriptions, but I can't give up my Youtube sub because Ad's fry my brain.

I've been debating my skincare atm, it's not that expensive and suits my very sensitive skin, trying cheaper stuff that ends up not being any good for me has been such a waste

Hi, sorry to ask such a basic question, I am just starting a bit of DIY. Youtube has been my tutor. I'm starting with my creaky floorboards, in all the videos they use both a drill and a driver, but if the drill can do both jobs, why have the second tool?

Is it simply a case of not having to change the piece?

Hi, the floorboards are very old, about 2.5 cm thick, I am a complete novice, which screws would be best please that I can get at Toolstation? I am limited to here as I have to get them today. I have watched a few youtube's but they are recommending various ones, should I get the ones specifically for floorboards, the picture is of a sheet of wood but mine are old floorboards, and they are splitting at the ends

I have read to put some candle wax on them too

Hi, I think my adult son (30's) has ADHD, he has never been able to hold down and job and all areas of his life are chaos. He tries really hard to have a routine and is working on a start up, no income as yet.

I do all the trailing around behind him, tidying, cooking, laundry ect.

He is a lovely interesting person but he is so disruptive, this impacts on my sleep, he wakes me at all times of night. I have pleaded, explained how it wrecks me, upsets my nervous system. It puts me in a foul mood and has a bad effect on my health, writes the day off. But he still does it.

I feel at the end of my tether, and about to tell him he has to move out. I know he won't cope on his own though and has no money.

What can I do?

( I have ADHD too)

I've been in a foul mood recently and thinking about smoking almost constantly. I keep going through the pro's and con's, and feel on the brink of going out to get some, it's 6am here in the UK.

Hi, we have an impending heatwave. I am trying to prepare best I can as my housing association flat has been unbearable previous summers.

It's a long term secure rental in a big city, victorian semi converted, top floor with large windows.

I'm looking at anti heat window film, but not knowing which ones are legit is holding me up.

Last summer I draped any fabric I could find over the outside of the windows, this was effective but unsightly, I am thinking of getting together more pleasing screen /curtains for the exterior, bearing in mind I am high up I can only access from the inside. I'm in a conversation area so it would be temporary- any ideas please?

Any else in a top floor flat, how have you been coping with the overnight high heat?

Air com isn't really an option as I find it too drying, I am wondering an evaporative cooler, but it seems it wouldn't work in high humidity?
