Tattoo complication: itchy a lot and comes up weird

Got my tattoo on the 6th of May. I got it in a clean, proper tattoo parlour by a qualified professional

Recently Its been itching like crazy and the kinda itch where you can’t get relief and it comes up on this weird lump and feels a bit hot ish

Does this tend to happen or should I seek some medical guidance for it

Overworked and Mentally feeling the taxing effects. How can i best combat this situation?

Hello everybody, looking for some advice on how to best handle a situation as I feel it is genuinely beginning to take a physical toll on me and it almost feels like its mentally making me deflated and unhappy.

So I am a 20 year old guy. I work a job in which i am tasked with driving between locations the team i work for manage and doing walkthroughs of the site and a lot of physical work which rarely changes in intensity.

The main problem isn't that. It is just feeling like I am doing nothing but work and I am really not getting good downtime or feeling like work is a positive thing. For context, I am only contracted 18 hours a week in this job.

Our structure has 2 supervisors, 4 full time staff (one of which has redeployed for a while) and around 6-8 part time staff including myself. However, there is so many shifts ongoing right now and beside the full time crew, myself and one other guy are picking up significant amount of the required hours.

Currently I end up working 5 days a week with every shift being 8-14.5hrs in shift length and on top of this I have to account for 30 mins travelling to and from work, so an hour total. It just feels like i end up having no downtime inbetween shifts and my days off are either single days or i just end up knowing i have to work soon.

I feel so deflated and unhappy at the minute. I just feel like I'm being exploited and made to work so much (45-55hr work weeks) and none of the other part time staff bother to offer cover or ease the load.

I am really struggling to keep doing this cycle because i usually work the late shifts so i never come home with time to relax because its like 10pm before i get home

Any advice??
