Hi Guys

I am about to do a project on Lando Norris and I need some photos for inspiration as i always seem to never find the right photos or the best ones cause people have the gems hidden away haha. I am looking for any photos of Lando or Lando's McLaren car on track racing. Any photos would be extremely appreciated and I just want a wide variety of inspiration to help with the project as I love being able to assess a wide variety of options and then focus on the ones which sort of pull into my interest the most.

Myself and S really hit it off. We had a really strong initial connection. We shared interests in F1. Both had personal experiences we related too and we quickly became close and shared mutual feelings for each other

Calls every day, multiple calls a day, learning about each other. Flirty banter and just felt so great. She even said shes coming to near where i live and said about meeting, I said yes. I was really excited. Today we literally watched the f1 and then called a couple of times, she tells me shes gonna go for dessert and call me back. I go for a shower cus i didn't feel very well and i came back to her not on my phone anymore.

I can't find her. Anywhere. It's confused me. We didn't argue or fight and theres no logical explanation why she would remove me. We literally were talking about finding something to play together this evening.

I feel so hurt. She said she loved me and told me all these things and shes gone like that. My heart aches.

I have spent my entire evening trying to remember her username but most of it is a number combination i can't remember.

I just wanna curl up into a ball and cry and i feel so upset because i wish i could tell her that if she didnt even wanna go forward that i loved every second with her and that i wish there was a way i could. Im so upset.

I stayed up til 3, how far did he end up going

I think we all at some point, whether it young, old, single, married... No matter what, all at some point find a person we want and know we can't have. Whether it be they are spoken for, or just not possible. How do you get over that?

Almost feels different from the rejection of a single person or someone who you never had a chance with with no obstacles

Hi

On Friday at work i was loading some illegally dumped concrete blocks and bricks into a transport vehicle to move from our owned land and i got my finger jammed under a pretty large block. Extremely heavy.

First 2x photos are within the first 2hrs and the last photo is now. The fingernail has come away a lot more in the last 4hrs and there's a liquid of some kind leaking from the edge as you can kinda see/
I am a little concerned about infection. I didn't realize my injury on the nail was quite as bad as it was so kept going and it probably got exposed to dirt and dust from the concrete and stuff. I had gloves over it but obviously that isn't a barrier at all in honesty.

I have been off Saturday and today so kept it unbandaged and kept it as clean as i can but its a bit sensitive to touch and feels a little warmer than my other fingers, but not too much.

I also have work tomorrow so im seeking advice on how to safely protect it. I work in the open space of fields and can regularly have to change bins, handle dirty items and just generally not the most clean work. I just wanna know if i need to do anything or if its just a stay at home and deal with thing

Just hoping maybe someone would like to talk... I am just feeling so alone and isolated and even tho people talk to me. No one seems to want to. Hardly hear from ppl and i just feel like im the odd one out and no one seems to care.

Hey everyone, 20M here… Towards the end of May this year my Grandfather passed away in what the family considered sudden circumstances. Now when I explain his situation you may not agree but may get it with full context

End of February this year my Grandfather was diagnosed with Stage 4 cancer which spread to other organs. He was healthy and had treatment options with a 3-5 year expected life prognosis with treatment. I think it was 2-3 without. He opted for treatment as his case was being made to be potentially still manageable.

I was very close with my Grandfather and went to all three of his chemotherapy treatment sessions (yes, 3, keep reading). Session 1 was good, but typically branded the one no one feels affects from. Session 2 was okay, he started reporting expected symptoms. Then session 3 was a big one. He got very sick after this.

Bear in mind over 6 weeks he had 3 treatments the family saw him fall off a cliff. He stopped eating and drinking for 5 days, alongside other serious symptoms. So we rushed him to the Hospital, in which I stayed with him too.

The hosptial essentially told us he would be fine and to go home within 24hrs… spoiler, they lied. We brought Grandfather to my parents so if he needed to go back to Hosptial, we were close by. The following Saturday he collapsed and passed away from a missed sepsis diagnosis which destroyed the little strength his organs had.

I didn’t take time off around his actual death since I didn’t want to burden the team in a busy period. But now things have started to ease and we have more staff in the team. I asked to have a few days off after the funeral… a request I didn’t think was unreasonable considering I worked 50 hour weeks for 2 months and hardly saw my Grandfather apart from Chemotherapy

Last week one of my two bosses also went on compassionate leave because they had a family death. I covered one shift because it was before the funeral and it was emergency situation.

However, my other boss has turned round and says he wants me to work from the day after my Grandfather’s funeral to cover the supervisor who lost their family member. Which I think is completely unfair and disregarding my compassionate leave.

Am I overreacting to turning round and saying no cause I’m burying my Grandfather and I want time off and don’t take lesser priority over a higher paid member of staff. Or should I go to my bosses boss and raise a formal complaint since I have good relations with that boss

I can’t help but feel it’s managers helping out managers and this person completely wants to disregard everything I’ve been through just to prioritise the other boss

I’ll do a very quick context for you all… I met this girl best part of 3 months ago. We have only talked over text due to long distance. After a while I opened up to her about my Grandfather having stage 4 cancer.

I went to all my Grandfather’s chemotherapy sessions and I opened up to her about some private concerns that he was in a bad shape. I was open with her because I had the trust and some family were so optimistic I didn’t want to worry them so I confided in her.

Shortly after my Grandfather deteriorated and went into hospital for a stint. I reached out a bit concerned this was worse than they let on to her and she was there for me all night and even offered to call me if needed (knowing she’d get in trouble w her parents for talking on phone at 3am)

My Grandfather died the following Saturday from his Hospital visit at home. She was my rock through it all. Never complained about how I was stressed or low or not being a good partner.

Well sides have flipped almost and her Grandma went into hospital with some water around her liver and heart or something. Thankfully they think she will be ok but she is extremely distant with me

I’ve tried to offer support which she pushes away and says she just needs space. I’ll hear from her maybe 1-4 times a day.

Idk I just kinda feel like I’m letting her down by her going through this on her own when I relied on her when I lost my grandad. I do respect her and give her the space obviously. But do you understand what I mean when I say I just sit day to day feeling shitty because she’s choosing to not talk to me and open up and I feel like I’m not helping her at all? I just need some advice. Ik everyone will say just give her space but how can I stop feeling so guilty about not being able to help

idk how its been a month. already. a whole month since he died. just been a dark month since. lots of regrets and stuff which i wont bore u with. Just on my own a lot and thinking about a lot
