Cut slicks being put on the #67 Mustang
If anyone else, like me, was wandering if cut slicks actually meant hand cut slicks when they mentioned on the broadcast earlier.

If anyone else, like me, was wandering if cut slicks actually meant hand cut slicks when they mentioned on the broadcast earlier.
I know that it isn't ideal since the frame rates aren't multiples, but in this case I'm recording the original footage in 50 fps for youtube because my gpu can handle a greater resolution, and it can't in 60 fps. (I saw some people in my niche using 50 fps too and I'm giving a try for a while too)
The issue is that when I edit the video in premiere to 9:16 for IG for example and export in 50 fps it gets very choppy when uploaded and looking through a phone. No issues with youtube.
Should I use frame sampling, frame blending or optical flow when changing the sequence to 60 fps and exporting?
Thanks guys!
