Watching the new Glitch pilot and Warrick is exactly what I want Morde to be like if we ever get a show surrounding him
I feel like I should like Tahm more than I actually do.
I play Tahm on occasion but recently I've been looking into expanding my champion catalogue and increasing my main pool of champions. Tahm has become my latest focus and I can't describe it but something feels odd with him. Maybe it's his Ult being underwhelming or his W being really janky but he isn't really clicking with me like I feel he should.
I enjoy playing tanks, especially tanks which can do a lot of damage, and he has one of my favourite character designs in the game, but I don't know what I'm missing with Tahm. Do any of you fellows have some advice on things I am potentially doing wrong?
Graves' consistency issue, and my proposed solution
(reposted because of issues)
love Graves, but she has huge issues. Namely that she relies less on playing well and more so on you playing bad. She has very little skill expression and her combat mainly revolves around W+M1 with her skulls and zombies. She's incredibly inconsistent due to this since at higher ranks she's basically useless. This leads to her being overbuffed/nerfed because of the massive winrate discrepency she has and never landing in a good spot. So here are some fixes I suggest:
Firstly her 1. Her skulls are really cool in concept, acting as her main form of DPS and summon. The issue arisies with the fact that they break in one hit. They can be shot down or melee easily in a fight, and when they take up so much of your DPS they feel really bad to use (and god forbid someone buys ricochet). My solution would be to make them untargetable, but give them a tether range. The area you place your skulls is marked and they will attack anything in range, acting basically as traps to those nearby. Alternatively, if you wanted to keep them as free roaming summons, you could let her command them around by recasting to give them more use than just a dps buff on whoever you're currently shooting at.
Secondly, her Ult. Like the skulls, zombies are cool on paper but they're only really used as a splitpush tool. They're not particularly fun to use or go against, with most of the time them just being timewasters for the enemy team and not really doing much damage unless you can get 7 lined up at once for a big explosion, but that really happens. I would rather give her a mega summon like Tibbers from LoL, B.O.B. from Overwatch, Argus from Smite, etc. She can command it around by right clicking on where she wants it to go and who to target. I feel like this would seperate her from her current obnoxious splitpusher persona and give her some more combat agency beyond just where to place her wall and tombstone. (But if you really wanted her to keep the zombies, get rid of the tombstone and make her summon a whole bunch at once based off of her Dead stacks like Wraith King from Dota)
Thirdly, give her an active on her 3. There's nothing particularly wrong with this ability outside of it just being boring and leading to gun graves (which I don't think anyone really likes). I would make her summon a single zombie which walks forward in a straight line, detonating upon hitting something, reaching the max range, or upon recast. This would obviously either have to be faster than her current ult zombies or untargetable to make it not completely useless, but I think it would just be a nice ability for Graves to have.
Finally, increase the vertical range of her wall
I really hope you like these changes I'm proposing, and I would love to hear your thoughts on them!
REMOVE THIS FUCKASS ABILITY
WHEN I LOCK IN THE NECROMANCER I WANT TO PLAY AS A NECROMANCER, NOT AS THE HOLD LEFT CLICK AUTO-AIM BOT.
HER SKULLS AND ZOMBIES DO 0 DAMAGE AND DIE IMMEDIATELY SO YOU HAVE TO BUILD GUN
REPLACE IT WITH AN ON DEMMAND ZOMBIE IDK JUST STOP MAKING GRAVES A GUN CHARACTER. I HATE GUN GRAVES I HATE GUN GRAVES I HATE GUN GRAVES
(peak trope) "I did it all for them!" "If they knew that it would make them sick"
Singed/Corrin Reveck - Arcane. Responsible for most of the bad things that happen in the show, all for the sake of bringing his daughter back.
(Some interpretations of) Springtrap/William Afton - FNAF. Some interpretations of William invovle him comitting the murders for the sake (or with the excuse) of helping his dead son.
