RCBC 1: ₱500
RCBC 2: ₱1,404.28
PNB: ₱438.33
Security Bank: ₱2,107.24
Metrobank: ₱1,539.85
Unionbank: ₱1,092.97

So far wala pa naman akong natatanggap na notification na cancelled na IDRP ko. I was thinking if ituloy ko lang ba ang bayad once I get a job?

or hayaan ko na lang and wait for amnesty? Sira naman na credit score ko so I really don’t have much to lose.

Another thing, plano ko din bayaran mga utang ko sa OLAs like sa Gcash, Tala, BillEase and Shopee.

I already have a Job Offer and from what I was told, sa June ang start ng new work ko.

I’d like to hear from any former most especially existing VAs here about your experiences ☺️ So far, okay naman ang naging hiring experience ko with them.

Here’s the timeline of my application with them:
• April 28: Stage 1 - Qualification Screening Survey
• May 1: I responded
• May 6: I followed-up & they replied same day
• May 15: Stage 2 - IVAS Assessment Invitation
• May 18: Scheduled IVAS Assessment completed.
• May 19: Final Interview. Result sent the same day.
• May 20: Training Offer & PEME meeting.

Anyone who has been or is still currently a VA of this agency? I applied on their Facebook page and has been invited for a video interview scheduled on Monday. I’d like to get your opinions since I am contemplating if I will proceed or not.

Additional context: I am a former VA of Rocket Station in 2022 and I had a wonderful time here back then. At present, may doubts na kasi ako sa mga VA agency dahil most of them ay unpaid ang training at mukhang nangunguha lang ng output at the disguise of ‘project’

I worked as a call center agent from 2013-2021. I became a virtual assistant from 2022-2025. I'm hoping to get back into a call center this 2026 because I can't find a VA job since it's saturated, and I applied for a voice account and trained this March.

I had 3 weeks of product specifics training, then 3 weeks of nesting. This was the worst QA metric I've experienced where hold time and dead air are classified as ZTP (auto-zero/autofail). That really hurt my score. That's why I wasn't endorsed because it was flagged in two out of three audits.

I was extended for another week in nesting, but still didn't pass QA, because even if the resolution of the call was correct, if the hold time is more than 1 minute and 30 seconds and there’s still dead air, they see that as a red flag. I repeat, in NESTING where agents are still rattled by what they need to do.

Out of a hundred calls in three weeks, not all were bad calls. Yet that’s what they focused on, saying it was “random.” Hmmmmkay.

I didn't have any attendance issues (late, absent, overbreaks). My AHT is also great, with 100% csat. Still, I was not endorsed. My trainer said she did her best to advocate for me during the deliberation. But the ones she endorsed had issues with lateness or absences.

Anyway, I’m okay now. I feel relieved leaving there because, aside from doing my best, the account was also queuing, and I don’t want calls anymore.

They gave me a Letter of Removal. Meaning, I wasn’t offered to be reprofiled to another account. So I didn’t even bother to ask if I could be re-hired.

I’m here for advice on what I can say during my next job interview if they find out I was only there for 2-3 months and didn’t even reach production.

PS. Accepting suggestions or referrals for non-voice [email and chat accounts] or if there’s phone time, more on outbound. I also don’t want full onsite, it’s too expensive for gas. Either WFH or hybrid, please.
