So I have had gerd for 27 years. I was diagnosed also with allergies. As of late I am thinking this is Lpr. My allergies were always mild until lately. I am having more throat clearing, post nasal drip, fluid in ears, choking feeling as throat is closing,coughing. Mucus. I am already been on ppi's for 27 years and famotadine the past few years I also use Flonase. Loratadine and Zyrtec and Mucinex. My diet is extremely restricted. Has anyone found a treatment that works? How can I find the root cause? I also have dysphasia plus stricture and have trouble swallowing.

Can anyone convince me that no one cares if I go for a walk as an overweight person? I have social anxiety and desperately need to get out and walk not just got the exercise but fresh air. Thankyou
