why is my hair like this, help

I have straight waist length asian hair, but i have lots of random strands that poke out or curl outwards. my ends look dry like hay too. some of my hair strands have a weird wiggle at the end but are relatively straight. most strands feel smooth but some feel coarse.

I trim my hair regularly by cutting off Split ends using my fingers to section them, use the tsubaki hair mask regularly and always try to air dry or tension dry. i attempted tension drying to try get rid of the frizz and flyaways but it didn't work, it just made my hair look straight from far away. I use a cotton tshirt to wrap my hair after I wash it to absorb the excess water. I feel like im doing everything right but its not working.. any advice??

Damage from round brush?

I recently found out that I can get a sleek hair look from using colorwow before hairdrying with a round brush using tension. I see a lot of people using a boar round brush for this, but im wondering if it would damage my hair, especially if I do this on damp hair. I want to implement this into my daily routine, but im scared of hair damage. any thoughts?

How do I save my mango plant??? (im new to this)

I germinated a mango seed and it had started to sprout with leaves and a few roots, so I transfered it to a pot with soil (back to the roots organic potting mix, all purpose) + a little bit of fertilizer meant for tropical plants, and watered it. The next day, the plant didn't seem so enthusiastic as before and was growing as rapidly as it did in the water when it was germinating. I took it out of the soil and found the roots had to rot a little, so I cut the soft and slimy bits off and placed it back in water after giving it a rinse.

Im just not sure what the issue was, im speculating that the soil didn't drain the water well, so it started affecting the roots. I didn't add any perlites to the soil mix, maybe that was the issue??? The water giving cycle might have been messed up too. I won't be able to go by perlites until the weekend, and idk how to save my plant. any advice??

p.s. I live in a tropical region so the temp shouldn't be too much of an issue.

Is apologizing a good idea

I ghosted this man a few months ago, because I thought he wasn't over his ex yet and he didn't seem to be in the right place to treat me how I wanted to be treated. He is genuinely a nice guy (I think). I wanted to apologize and clear things up, but it became difficult to do so as time passed. I just saw that he liked this reel, and I could feel that I might have been one of the people who hurt him. I want to apologize, but maybe thats just me being selfish about not wanting to feel guilty anymore. would my apology make him feel better, or just bring back memories that he might have already overcome?

ps the girl was crying in the reel, and I assumed he wouldn't like that specific reel if it didn't affect him.

today I complimented my friend saying that she looks pretty. she replied with ohh but you're so body tea! which was very sweet of her, and I obviously say you too! as humble as she is, she denies it. but my other friend makes a comment saying that girls with some curves is prettier and more attractive, and continues to say that girls with a low body fat percentage dont look good, saying that they are only skin and bones. ofc, this was to support my friend, but I honestly felt offended by this comment. if this was only a one time thing, i don't think it would've affected me as much, but she has made comments in the past telling me that I should eat more, out of the blue. Im trying not to take her comments the wrong way, but I can't help but feel upset.. She is aware that Im pretty insecure because Im on the leaner side and lack in the chest area. Im just confused why she would make comments like this.
