BoC? 135lbs, 5ft 6, 35 yrs old, want to start a lean bulk at 10% bf
I want to start a lean bulk but not sure if I'm lean enough yet.

I want to start a lean bulk but not sure if I'm lean enough yet.

Started a slow cut earlier this year, partially because my face was getting fat and I had a chin 🤣 to prep for a lean bulk next year.
Haven't been able to train properly for 4 yrs due to a neck and hip issue which should be resolved by the start 2027.
Been lifting for 15 yrs.
So just been doing what I can to maintain muscle. Lift what I used to warm up with. Seem to have kept a good amount of muscle.
My main goal is to cut until my face has good definition as it is the first thing that gets fat.
Then set a good foundation for a nice long lean bulk. Haven't been able to bulk in yrs due to my injuries.
I estimate my bf to be about 15%? So probably cut down to circa 10%. Imagine muscle memory will kick in big time once I start lifting again and lean bulking.
I hold a lot of fat on my face and back, and I've never had ripped arms so would be great to get some veins / seperation lines.
My legs used to be decent but they've certainly lost size and significant strength.
TLDR: been training 15 yrs. Starting first bulk in 4 yrs in 2027. Lost muscle due to injuries. What is my bf %? Cut to 10% then bulk?
I got my laptop cleaned recently (thermal lining replaced and fans cleaned) and when I got it back, Secure Boot wouldn't work. This stopped me from playing games.
I took it back to the store and they've had it for 2 days now and have decided the OS is corrupted and it needs a fresh install.
They said they've never seen this happen before. Is this normal? What could have happened?
EDIT: the laptop is a GE66 MSI Raider, 3080 with 32gb ram.

Coming to the end of my titration. I've been on Elvanse 50mg for over a month now. Certainly seeing benefits and I can lock-in and focus so much better, however I find myself doing that on the wrong things.
Any tips on how to control this? I love the focus and energy but I've wasted so much time!
This has been on my face for about 3 weeks. Usually scabs go away fast but this has stuck around. I tried to pop it the other day and it bled a lot then scabbed again.
Does it look at all like skin cancer?
I've been on Elvanse 50mg for a month now. Have seen much better focus and I'm happy with it.
I have been taking 25-75mg of caffeine a day. I now have some time off, so decided to finally cut caffeine completely as I know I am not meant to mix them.
However the mornings are so tough now, even with the ADHD meds. The caffeine withdrawals seem to wipe out the benefits of the Elvanse...
I've definitely abused stimulants the last 10 yrs (before starting adhd meds 2 months ago, I'd have 150-300mg a day).
So I am wondering/hoping that my body is just exhausted and eventually I will bounce back, be fully rested, and the ADHD meds are enough to get me going.
Anyone else been through caffeine withdrawal?
Hey guys, I've been on titration now for about 6 weeks. I've settled on 50mg of Elvanse.
Things are going well, my BP seems fairly stable at 125/78/77.
Over the last week or so I've started getting periods of 30-1hr of a light throbbing pain behind my left eye.
I have been under an unusual amount of stress recently with work and personal stuff, + the heatwave, so just wondering if this was a common symptom or could be unrelated/due to dehydration etc?
My fiance 32F and I 31M have birthdays very close together.
For her birthday, I put hours of effort into making it special. I bought her several gifts, took her out to an event, and arranged a surprise birthday party that all of her close friends and family attended. That took me several weeks to plan.
For my birthday, absolutely nothing was planned. There was no cake, no dinner reservations and no plans for us to do anything to celebrate together.
The entire thing was over in five awkward minutes. She just handed me four pieces of clothing.
One of them was a Christmas themed t-shirt for a movie franchise I have never once expressed an interest in. I imagine it was on sale given it's July...
The other three items didn't even fit me, which is something I feel she could have easily checked beforehand. And are winter clothes i cant use for months.. and again probably on sale i guess?
To be fair i think she spent a reasonable amount but the choice of presents was just quite bizarre. A xmas themed top for a movie ive never once spoken about..?
I even gave her a written list of several affordable and specific things I actually wanted. She didn't buy a single thing from that list. Instead the clothes she chose seem to be things she wants me to wear, rather than things I actually like or asked for.
Because the clothes either don't fit or aren't my style, the items are now being returned.
I feel a bit upset and let down as I put so much thought into creating a great bday for her, and it feels like she put zero effort or thought into mine.
The stark contrast between her celebration and mine makes me feel like a bit of an afterthought.
We have a good relationship but this took me off guard and just felt like a last minute panic buy situation. It's not even about the £ spent but the lack of effort or thought. I'm a very easy person to buy gifts for as i have lots of hobbies and interests.
Am I being ungrateful here because i suppose she did get me presents but just got them very wrong, or is it completely valid for me to feel hurt by this?
Extra info:
- we've been together 7 years
- some bdays she does well others poorly like this. We have discussed this in the past, its just this hurts more given how much effort i put in recently
- she abslolutely loved her bday presents, party etc
- our relationship in general is good
- she hyped up giving me the gifts leading up to my bday, which is why it was so jarring how little effort seemed to go into them. Maybe just a massive lack of self awareness?

EDIT to add requested info:
About to go on PIP. Been told by a few people on here and IRL that our PIP is quite aggressive.
So i've been the top performer here for a year. Highest win rate in the team (40%).
Had a really bad Q2 out of nowhere (inbound leads completely dried up too which hasn't helped at all), will finish on probs 40%.
My activity is usually the highest for outreach. Pipe has been ok but I've gone from 2 inbounds a week to 1 or 2 a month in Q2.
I'm going on PIP in July. Is this normal? Some people have told me 2 Qs in a row then PIP, but 1 bad Q is very harsh.
Going on PIP 1st of July, never been on one before. Worst case gonna ride it out and then get a month of Garden Leave in August.

Already got interviews lined up, but my question is how did your manager act when you were on PIP?

Were they quite relaxed and let you do interviews, or did you still have to graft and make up excuses for being away for interviews?

Curious how it works in other companies as I would assume they know you're going to be looking and would be relaxed about you being offline randomly?
Based in the UK and the market seems very competitive.

I've gotten to a few final stages but failed for a reasons, one of the most common being my average deal size is too low.

Also recently messed up a disco/demo roleplay... didn't quantify the pain well beyond surface level. Kicking myself as literally reading a discovery book at the moment 🤣
I'm a CoD player and I've dabbled in most Battlefields, but none ever really sucked me in like CoD.

I loved the Beta of BF6 but the version on launch for whatever reason never had me excited to play.

But with the recently new added maps, + the addition of the M16 (my fav gun on CoD), I'm so addicted. Literally woke up at 6am today to play before work like I'm a kid again.

I've not kept up to date with the patches etc but the game just feels so much better than it did 5 months ago. I'm enjoying the big and small maps and modes.

Currently obsessed with levelling my M16. Had some amazing games so far, with experiences you just can't get in CoD. Very pleased with how this game is turning out.

With extra guns and maps, this may turn out to be one of my all-time fav FPS games.

Well done to the devs for turning it around. 👏
Hey guys, so I found out this week I'm going on PIP, because for me to not I'd have to break the company record for monthly billings.

I've been at my current role 18 months (UK based) and been one of the top performers consistently until 2 months ago where I've fell below 50% target for 2 months in a row.

Been a rough 8 weeks; not had any inbounds for 3 months when the rest of my team have had several a month (it's done on a turn by turn basis and the ones I've had have been fake).

We're meant to cover our target with 60% inbounds, so I've been solely reliant on outbound which is very difficult. Since Xmas 80% of my deals have been self generated.

I'm considering just quitting before it happens, taking the 1 month paid leave. Reason is because I'm finding it difficult to juggle my work pressures and job hunting.

I have savings enough to cover me for 5 months and also a side hustle that is equivalent to my base.

Our company is very structured and we often have several meetings a day, with sporadic meetings put in on the day (which can clash with interviews).

Some have said quit and just take a break then fully focus on your search and others have said ride the PIP out, eat the sh** from management and use it as a paid interview process.

What is the best way to manage this? I've never been on PIP in 8 years of Sales.
EDIT: grammar. Added location.
EDIT 2: thanks everyone, appreciate the tough love. I'm gonna ride the PIP out.
Hey guys, holding a surprise bday party.
We have 21 people, ideally looking for a variety of food on the menu to suit all tastes.
Criteria:
Location flex but ideally central soho / covent garden that sort of area so it's easy for all to get to.
Open to ideas though :)
So i have a thing where I NEED to know certain information, usually statistics.
For example I need to know when a song or movie came out, and i have to look up the song meaning on Genius or Reddit.
I also need to know a celebrity's height and age.
Is this adhd or more ocd?
Just trying to understand myself better since my diagnosis last year.
I don't understand the critics reviews tbh, even some YouTubers I love. It's a really good Mando movie, everything I wanted one from anyway.
It's also a very solid Star Wars movie.
It doesn't so anything groundbreaking, but the plot, story and character progression is really good.
This movie deserved far better marketing, and way more hype. I expected the worst and was pleasantly surprised. I spent the first hour worrying it was about to end abruptly but it evolved into a really enjoyable Star Wars experience.
I think the biggest praise I can give it is my 10 year old Niece who was very anti Star Wars, but decided to come anyway because I bribed her with sweets, loved it and now wants to watch the TV series! So pleased!
I love these bands;
- Nickelback
- Blink 182
- Foos
- Linkin Park
- Red Hot Chilis
- Sum 41
Any type of rock really.
