What does Rogue imply when she said that she could try to steal some of Magneto’s old thunder in this clip of X Men TAS?

Given that X Men 97 has retroactive established that Rogue and Magneto were lovers before she joined the X Men and she can’t steal Magneto’s powers temporarily. What was Rogue trying to do in this situation?

Today is Sailor Moon’s birthday.

Please remember to wish her happy birthday or else, she’ll slap you. You don’t want to end up like Darien, do you?

With the remake of Ocarina of Time coming out this year, let’s not forget the reference to it in the Original Powerpuff Girls series.

Who do you think is more of a cartoon scaredy animal, Cringer or Scooby Doo?

This is a general discussion from someone who have just seen the new movie but didn’t watch the original 80s cartoon.

So, I was watching this clip of Rino Romano’s The Batman 2004 series, when I noticed he said Sailor V. Could it be a hidden reference to Sailor Moon?

My thoughts on the new He Man movie

As someone who didn’t watch the 80s cartoon and only seen the He Man memes, I thought that the movie is absolute cinema! I love the action and choreography of the sword fights. The whole vibe of the movie feels like a combination of Guardians of the Galaxy, Thor Ragnarok, and The Lego Movie where it has heart and humor while respecting the source material.

He Man’s first transformation in the movie reminds me of Sailor Moon. There was also a Legend of Zelda poster in the store scene where Adam found the sword. It is a nice connection as both franchises have a male protagonist who holds a powerful sword that destroys the main villain. Was it an Ocarina of Time poster in the store? Coincidentally, a remake of Ocarina of Time will be coming out to the Switch 2 this year.

One comment that I have is whether Adam was placed in social services as a foster kid when he arrived on Earth. The movie doesn’t address that. I would assume that he might have been a foster child as he was seen being an outcast in school. That could further explain on why he always try to remember his home planet as he felt alone and abandoned growing up on Earth.

What are your thoughts on the movie?

Fun fact: Percy’s voice actor, Christopher Ragland, has recently appeared in another Mattel franchise.

Recently, I just watched the new He Man movie and found out that Christopher Ragland, Percy’s CGI voice actor, voiced Orko in the mid credit scene. Orko was recapping the moral lesson of the movie, which was similar to the old PSAs at the end of every 1980s He Man episode.

Coincidentally, the recapping of moral lessons at the end of the movie reminds me of Thomas doing the same thing at the end of each episode during the BWBA era of the CGI Series. This was not the first time Christopher Ragland voiced a character that broke the fourth wall as he previously did that as Percy in the CGI episode, ‘Reds vs Blues’. He said the iconic line, ‘Then, there was trouble’.

The clip above shows the mid credits scene of Masters of the Universe movie features Orko.

Apparently, the Amazing Spiez wiki mentions that the series takes place between season 6 and 7 of Totally Spies?

What are your thoughts on this timeline placement?

Did anyone noticed that Rei sounded a little bit higher in S compared to the first 2 seasons of the Dic dub?

As I recently started watching the Cloverway dub of Sailor Moon S, I noticed Rei has a higher pitch in this season compared to the first 2 seasons. She almost sounds similar to Alex from Totally Spies given that Katie Griffin voiced Rei before Alex.

In your opinion, why Disney didn’t air the Dic dub on Disney Channel or even ABC in the 90s?

I recall that Disney did own Dic entertainment in the 90s and they did air their cartoons on Disney Channel in the states and internationally. Some Dic cartoons I remember watching on Disney Channel are Inspector Gadget, Madeline, the Super Mario and Sonic cartoons just to name a few.

I understand that the Dic dub of Sailor Moon was aired on Cartoon Network instead during the late 90s.

So, the new YouTube content that was released in May 2026 on the official T&F YouTube channel was basically toy ads via music videos?

And I was expecting a potential trailer for the series with new plot details and a new look at the voice cast.
