Every thing will return back to normal and your confidence will be restored and high, you will look people in the eye and have conversations with any one. Just be aware of the hard urges after 30 days because those urges are a sign of your brain recovery and brain sensitivity. One more tip, when you get any urge, set the timer for 20 or 30 minutes and tell yourself I’ll think about it after the time is up and then when it’s done the urge will be very weak and you can tank through it, that will teach your mind that urges can be delayed.
