April 2025-August 2026

179 cm/5 ft 10.5
Lots of steps, lots of protein, lifting every week, and a lot of making difficult food choices to meet my goals.

All I really did was a calorie and protein target. I varied between 1-2lbs a week to maintenance and back and forth. I’m so glad I made this decision for myself lol.

Blackberry plum bread pudding

1277 cals
143g protein
200 grams of fiber! ••
Just kinda threw this stuff together lol
(not mentioned in ingredients is like a 145g fat free greek yogurt)
9x9x2 sheet pan
All i did was cook the plums and blackberries together with cinnamon protein powder and lakanto sweetener
and then mixed the other ingredients in a bowl(including cinnamon, vanilla, lakanto), and then put chunks of yogurt smushed into the bread before pouring the berry sauce over the bread
baked at 350 until it looked done idk man
this was absolutely amazing.

When will my abs show?

I keep cutting weight (no muscle or strength loss) And I can never get them to show, 144lbs (179cm) from my biggest weight of 210, I know i’m on the skinnier side and will lean bulk, but I wanted to get a visible 6 pack first. First 4 photos are flexed, the other was taken 10 mins later unflexed, last pic is me around 200 lbs last year.

If i lose like 3-4 more lbs of fat would they show ??

How far from more visible abs am I?

Finally starting to see my abs a bit, want to cut down a few more lbs until they’re less faint. Any thoughts ? I’m going to be lean bulking soon, but want to see my abs first

Self estimating my bodyfat at like 16%?

weight hasn’t changed in like a week

i’ve ate roughly 1200 calories daily on RFL this last week(2550ish maintenance). I definitely look leaner but the scale hasn’t moved (146 on the first 147 this morning) Just venting lmao. I’m sure i’ll have a big whoosh on the scale and be like 143 in a couple days. I eat really late in the night for my last meal so I can feel full going to bed so that could be why, I also wakeup at like 4am for work.
Just to be clear I do know how to accurately track and i’ve lost around 65 lbs since April 2025😭

How many times will I get the same wincash offer

I’ve legit waited through about 10 rounds of this horrible offer, it’s always the exact same every freaking time. I’m waiting for any cash offer at all to use my balance. Maybe that’s why they won’t give me a cash offer

Kind of a weird one…

Chocolate protein french toast(cinnamon and sweetener added)

Jicama fries (boiled, seasoned and oiled and then air fried)

Lakanto monk fruit and erythritol was used to sweeten the french toast and also blended to be used as powdered sugar.

Also this pic is after I ate a few fries lol

Macros :
377 cals
42G fiber
23.9g carbs
6.5g fat
24.2g protein (not very high but hey that’s a lot of fiber)

Sorry if I got any of the macros wrong😄
my reasons for this being a volume meal:
440g russet potato is 347 cals
60g white bread is 155 cals
the non sugar free choc syrup is 182 cals for 45.4g
the non sugar free maple grove syrup is 132 cals for 47.8ML
113.3g regular eggs is 159 cals
15g white sugar 62 cals(that’s how much sweetener I used)
And comparing just those ingredients the difference is 1037 cals vs 331 cals or like 706 cals between them.

Over 2 lbs of food for less than 400 calories! (cauliflower fried rice)

398 calories 46g protein 22g fiber

Gonna split this into 2 lunches. Not too bad

(EDIT: use less g hughes and more soy sauce that stuff is really sweet…)

u/Fun_Landscape9906 — 22 days ago

166 cals 20g protein cauliflower egg white fried rice

Fried up the whites, removed from pan, microwaved the cauliflower mix, poured it into the pan, added the egg and sauce, and then served. Pretty tasty. Topped with sriracha

for a volume reference this is a 6 inch ikea bowl,OFTAST. 14 oz

I used salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic, onion to season it
