This is the 2nd legendary poptart that’s looked this like. Am I just consuming mold?

Edit: UPDATE. They emailed back and said it’s not mold. “After careful assessment based on the picture you've shared, we can confirm that the spots observed on the bottom of the pastry are purple sprinkles, not mold. During the sprinkling process, sprinkles can occasionally fall onto the conveyor belt and become embedded in the underside of the pastry. This is what was visible in your pastry. We want to assure you that this pastry meets all of our quality and food safety standards, and there is no food safety concern. That said, we understand this was alarming, and we sincerely apologize for the confusion and inconvenience this caused. We have notified our contracted manufacturer, and corrective actions will be implemented to prevent this from happening in the future.”

Straight out the dung in SE Texas. I’m always checking out mushrooms but didn’t expect to potentially come across what appears to be P. cubensis?? It bruises slight blue when tissues are torn. Is there anything else this could be orrr? If not, what an amazing and unexpected find!
