Broke up with my ex due to caste issues, but now i'm having doubts about my upcoming marriage, would me and my husband to be have a good married life and life stability?

First is mine, Second is my husband to be.

I know I screwed up with my ex and did not do right by him, expecting this would be better for both of us. Please let me know what you can without any sugarcoating if possible. I'd like to know exactly what to expect.

Does your dextroamphetamine make you angry?

I have had other ADHD medications in the past, like Vyvanse, but it mostly just increases my heart rate and makes me feel uneasy, and nothing much else happens. I was recently put on dextroamphetamine 20 mg twice a day, but I've started taking only 10 mg once a day. I am generally not an angry person, but I feel very much agitated and easily triggered when I am on the medication. Is this something that would go away over time or would this be persistent?
