Can you tell your HDFC Bank BSBDA story?

How was your experience opening a BSBDA in HDFC Bank?

No debit card fees in SBI from last 3 years - Is this normal?

My SBI savings account is exactly 3 years old, and my SBI debit card is also exactly 3 years old.

After 3 years of usage, a random thought came to me that I've never seen any debit card issuance charges or annual charges. So, I checked all my monthly statements from the last 3 years, and my doubt was correct - there are no debit card issuance or annual charges. The only transactions in my SBI account over these 3 years were either UPI credits or UPI debits.

I'm using this debit card for ATM withdrawals at least once or twice every month and have been doing so for the last 3 years.

BTW, this is a general savings account with a general debit card, not a BSBD account / BSBD debit card.

Anybody else with similar experiences?

I think Canara Bank is the only bank in India that charges for blocking / hotlisting debit cards.

I opened a general savings account online in Central Bank Of India but they sent a PMJDY / BSBDA debit card.

I'm a little surprised because this debit card is usually issued only for BSBDA / FI accounts, but my account is a regular savings account.

It's a nice surprise because it doesn't have any issuance or annual charges.

Which apps have a better UI than Slice?

I really like Slice's clean and modern interface. Are there any fintech apps that offer an even better user experience? I'm looking for apps with smooth navigation, useful features, and an overall polished design.

Guys, just be polite and tell Jio agents, "I'll recharge today," when they call about recharging.

What if Jio has instructed these agents not to take "no" for an answer or not to end the call from their side?

What if they have some kind of control over, or can flag, numbers for deactivation?

What if simply saying, "Yes, I'll recharge today," gets you a few days of peace from these calls?

There's really no point in arguing with them about TRAI rules or SIM deactivation. They're just doing their job, and debating them is unlikely to change anything.

Just say, "Yes, I'll recharge today," and try to end the conversation as quickly as possible.

I lied about my monthly income & occupation for credit card.

In reality, I'm a student and don't earn anything. I'm dependent on the money I get from my parents.

But in my credit card application, I lied that I'm a salaried person and earn ₹40000 monthly.

So, I think, based on that, Slice gave me a limit of ₹40000.

So, what will happen to me?

Does anyone else feel like the VoLTE, VoNR, and VoWiFi icons need a redesign? They just look out of place.
