Pros and cons to completing the main story first thing?

Played the remaster on release, purposely avoided the main story. I want to do another playthrough but still not sure I want to do the main story lol, once I permanently close the gates are there any lasting damages or anything?

My one complaint after finishing infinity castle

Why didn’t a crow let everyone know my boy Zenitsu solo’d an upper rank. I was looking forward to seeing Tanjiros reaction to that. lol other than that 10/10

Is there a server with the classic era that I can steamroll through content solo?

Looking to just read through each quest zone by zone as I do them without the time consuming of elite quests, and harder to kill mobs for drops and such. Is there anything like that?

What is a good class to try and master as a beginner PvPer who will do just Battlegrounds to start

I’ve heard it takes hours and hours of getting dunked on jn wow PvP before starting to get the hang of it. What’s a good class for me to casually play battlegrounds to learn. Rogue seems the most fun with stealthing around objectives

How can I make my own private server for classic?

I am looking for a private server for some videos. I’ve seen the subreddit suggest it before when searching but I just want to make sure they are up to date. Thank you!

Did our player character canonically do every quest in every zone in each expansion?

I’m not sure if it’s stated anywhere.

If so, does that include the cataclysm revamped classic zones, even starter zones?

How would a new character who does exile reach fit into it? Would they then canonically do that island and all the zones before reaching the current time line?

It can be jarring on a new character being called hero or the alliance/horde without doing much lol

Help understanding stats for Main Hand and Off Hand for leveling a rogue (TBC)

Hey! I just wanted to make sure I had an understanding of what I should be looking for when getting weapon upgrades while leveling.

Main Hand should be a higher damage number and thus probably a slower weapon since sinister strike and such get their power from that stat

Off hand should be a faster weapon so it can apply poisons faster and moves like shiv cost less.

I know swords are king but if OH must be faster does that include daggers too until I can get the sword specialization talent? After that talent daggers in general are just a dps decrease?

Is there anything I am missing?

Thank you!

Just finished the xenoblade trilogy, what are some other great story games on the switch?

Really enjoyed the individual stories and the 3rd wrapping it all up together. What are some other great story games for me to pick up on the switch?

I’m not biased on any particular genre or type of combat.

Thank you!

Questions from a new but max level player

Hello, I bought some expansions recently and got an 80 boost from it. I did already have an 80 but it’s been like 10 years since I played him.

With my new level 80 should I just go through the story of each expansion?

Should I just start doing dungeons and raids? Are they locked behind the story of each expansion?

If the gear isn’t vertical progression what’s the main reward or purpose for doing raids and such? Cosmetics and mounts?

Lastly, what do you personally do in end game to keep you hooked on the game?

Looking for a forever home in an MMO so want to give it a good go

Burnt out of turn based combat, what are some good action combat games?

Been playing the likes of Dragon Quest, Octopath, Pokemon etc and itching for a good live action combat game. I was thinking the Tales series?

I’ve played Botw and totk
Did not really enjoy the first xenoblade

Thank you!

31 M, Associates degree in CJ, but a rocky job history, how big of a problem would it pose?

Hey, I got my degree about 10 years ago and never really worked a job that required it.

Been bouncing around jobs the last 3 years from different sales positions and such. I have never been fired or written up in these jobs.

Some I stayed for a month or so and left due to scheduling conflicts. That’s in the past now, would it pose a big problem trying to get into LE? Thank you!

Besides MSQ, what are the quests to do each expansion for background on the story?

Is there a link for such a site/guide?

I am doing NG+ and only did the MSQ the first time around.

I want to experience storylines in order now such as Bozja southern front.

Like I remember a MSQ cutscene of Rhyne and Thancred in the vast nothing field or something but nothing ever touched on it MSQ wise. Where can I go to see when to do each quest?

Thank you!

Just love the Coerthas storylines and Heavensward, they really cooked with the lore and atmosphere of it all

Playing the demo for octopath 2. I see if I wanted more characters I go to their starting location and get them to play their story but I am with my chosen character until the end. Is it meant for a few different playthroughs or one big one? Thank you!
