So I was on a live and someone pulled this secret but with boba eyes. People were arguing that it was a factory mistake and that the seller should contact babythree I didn’t have the right answer but I was saying “secrets can have boba eyes and be random.” But I wanted to ask on here if that was a fact? And why do they do that? People are claiming this exact series for the secret should come with special eyes. This series is new so I highly doubt it was a mistake or fake tbh

Bought a baby three backpack. Did not notice the wrinkles from sellers live. Received item with the wrinkles on clear part of backpack. Is this fixable? How do I get rid of it 🥲 paid $60 for this item.

How do I fix this bb3 backpack ? The clear part is wrinkly it came like this and it’s not damaged from delivery, I guess they just had it like that before it was sent to me but I couldn’t tell bc on live there was filter or lightning and it didn’t look like that to me 🙁😟

I payed a deposit for a tufted rug to be made I talked about how I wanted it to look and I was told color would be the same or similar but it is dark… should I proceed with payment ? Seller offered to refund my deposit. Or if I wanted to buy $10 off. In total $170 now $160. I love it but I hate the color :( what do you think ? I looked up if darker rilakkuma exists and it does I’ve never seen it before. Also it looks darker apparently cause of the flash.

I saw one TikTok shop have a listing of it but it only showed 5 even though their listing says 6 pc in a set. I also wanted to know if maybe there’s a secret. Anyways I can’t find a listing at all for this item

I want to report a seller because their listing says minimum order for item is 1. It doesn’t let you purchase you have to send inquiry so I requested and they asked me in chat how many I wanted to buy I said 2. Then they asked for my home address and if I’m a seller or using the item for my self so I gave them my address and then said it is for me. They then tell me they cannot sell to me because it’s a minimum of 200 on order and they tell me it’s out of stock. I tried to report them but Alibaba won’t let me upload my screenshots from my iPhone and I tried to convert image of screenshots online and also uploaded to files and downloaded to photos but still won’t let me upload them to send report… what do I do ?

can't find video or detailed reviews on my baby three, the ear wires are weird inside the right wire is long and the left is short, from the pics I expected the ears to be sturdy but they seem a bit flimsy. The tag looks sus and cheap but then again I've never owned a authentic one. Will anyone who has the authentic let me know what you think ? Honestly not mad if it's a dupe cause I only paid 40. The girl on the tiktok video opened three and they had boba eyes. So far I think they are ugly because how come none came with special or glitter like advertised ?? The card and box is cute though...

Seller sent me pictures of the Lila and baby three 400% sweet dreams dinosaur. She gave me 4 options for the dino. Do they look authentic or fake ?
