I am planning a tow month trip starting in mid September. I have been to India and several countries in south east Asia.
How should I rate Nepal right now for safety?
I posted a week ago about the lack lustre ending. I beat the game in under thirty hours. Had characters in their fifties (level). I don’t recall now because I deleted it already since I decided not to spend more time playing it, no new game + for me I guess.
It was good all around but the ending felt wrong, meaningless, and the motivation of Lavos felt undiscovered. Why did he destroy the world in 1999? Why did he even land on the planet? What made him and if he made himself, what was his agenda?
The other being that the group discussed when they got Robo back and lucca saves her mom’s legs was never shown. They simply mention a being that is wanting to re-experience its own memories. I just feel something is missing from making this game meaningful.
I only beat this game once before. Though I did play it two times prior to now. I didn’t like the ending I got very much, it felt dry and without substance. I beat Lavos after every side quest and fought him in the black Omen.
I understand from reading up that there are multiple endings. Is there much of a cut scene on saving the kingdom of zeal if you defeat Lavos in the ocean palace?
Any recommendations on which ending to try for without a full replay? I think I’m stuck with the ending I got as it is. I got ending 1B (End of Time: save that cat).
Not sure I want to bother with a new game plus attempt. It took me about 29 hours to play through the first time.
I used Chrono, Frog AND Magus/Janus for the end game to see if there was better dialogue with the queen and there really wasn’t any. I was hoping Magus would have something interesting to add to the late game but it really felt dry and meaningless.
I am taking Frog, Marle and CHRONO because I like Luminaire, team healing and the one triple tech I got for that team.
I know Robo and Luca are fan favourites but I’ve only played this game twice and it was in the late 90’s and 2000’s so I don’t remember their strengths or their weaknesses.
All I recalled is that magus doesn’t have double tech or triple tech and even that was wrong! 😂
Hi all. I have gotten CHRONO back and now I am completing the late game side quests. (autocorrect puts his name in all caps). 😂
Now I know there are guides and all but I thought I’d check here because some times guides are wrong.
So I have done the following. Please tell me if I have mislabeled anyone’s quest. I am under the impression that there is one each.
Magus: Ozzie’s castle
Ayla: lost sanctum
Marle: rainbow shell
Lucca: sun stone
Frog: Castle with Cyrus
Robo: motherbrain geno dome
Am I missing anything???
EDIT: I beat him. Thanks for all the great advice. The red vest and plate worked like a charm. Too bad I didn’t go all the way with poor Frog still alive.
I just got CHRONO back and now I’m doing the pre Lavos boss fight side quests.
I need the sun stone. But this guy is tough. Im around level forty two. Any advice?
I was at level 37 and used Frog, Marle and Magus. I hit him with magus every turn and just as his MP ran out spekkio tanked it and died.
Lightning two by magus plus cure two with marle and frog every round did it.
Fairly straight forward fight. All he gave me is five mid ethers and a magic capsule.
Only thing I regret is not using CHRONO! 😂 he’s gone at this point.

It doesn’t seem like it’s against the rules and I did read them. However, my previous post asking if anyone had experiences with a manifestation teacher I met was removed, no idea why.
EDIT: this method was a failure. I tried four times. I put the eggs in a bowl with a lid. I boiled the water in the kettle. I dumped the water into the bowl and put the lid on. I waited 15 minutes and cracked an egg and it was almost raw. I did this three more times, taking me about one hour total, with the water fresh boiled four times total. Strangely,the egg yoke was cooked but the white was still liquid when I cracked the egg on the last run.

Title says it all. I have a kettle but I don’t want to contaminate it for other users who may be allergic to eggs because it could kill them.
I plan to dump boiling water onto them and let them sit to cook to firm or hard boil. How long should I do so and will this work??

Even if the symbol is masonic it could be a coincidence, or maybe it's used to let lodge members know which table they're meeting at in the restaurant?

Had to taxi over to the office. It was easy.
There are photo stores out front for passport photos.
The immigration office is easy enough to find with enough asking around, once you are in the complex. On the fourth floor. It may take you ten minutes to find it if you are easily lost.
They stop taking applications at around 1:30pm but then they take about four hours to process the applications so that makes sense.
The office closes at five thirty and I got out well before closing.
You will have to fill out a form, wait for an hour or two, then pay one hundred dollars US. Then wait for another hour or two and get your stamp/sticker.
I advise being in the place before one pm so you have plenty of time to walk around and get it done.
I have run world of darkness new and old but want to see some different rules that people think work well.
I am planning on running a Sith game and want to give players rules that work for mind reading in PVP so they don’t feel disappointed or over-governed/underpowered by limiting mechanics.
Can anyone point me in the right direction. World of darkness and all other LARP rules examples welcome.
It’s eleven at night now and as usual I’ve had to shut my windows in the hotel. The air just keeps getting worse until morning time. Does anyone have any idea why?

For the visa all I had to do was give date of birth, passport number and name.
How do I get the extension? I know I can apply online but Google says the wait time is weeks.
My initial visa application was approved in five minutes with the visa in my inbox literally that fast.

Keep in mind I just saw India for several months and witnessed some impressive things there so that will influence how I feel about Sri Lanka as I saw the best and the worst of India.
After this it’s on to Kandy, Ella and then up the east coast to Trincomalee over the next couple months. Im giving myself two months total so long as my visa extension gets approved, if not, I’ve got 28 days starting tomorrow.
