Pecron F5000LFP or Ecoflow Delta Pro 3 (Refurbished)

I am in Canada and I have several power stations. I am possibly looking for one more large one. I have narrowed down the choice to an Ecoflow Delta Pro 3 which is selling for $3299 CDN or a Pecron F5000 LFP for $2995 (Both prices shipped)

I have found a refurbished Ecoflow on eBay for $2199.00 shipped. Given the opportunity would you go with the Refurbished unit?

ABOK ARK3600 latest addition to the stable!

I just purchased this unit and was wondering if anyone else uses this powerhouse? I will use this to power my RV. Has a true 30 amp connection along with 14 other connections. Can’t wait for it to arrive.

Why can I not buy Pecron in Canada?

I have an interest in the Pecron F5000 but I can not buy one as I am in Canada. Any particular reason why?

Proud of myself. Built two 3000 watt systems today on my day off.

I built two systems today on my day off.

System 1

3 - 12v 100ah batteries
3 - 125 amp DC Breakers
2- 300 amp bus bars
1- 300 amp DC Breaker
1- 3000 watt inverter

System 2
1 - 12v 300ah battery
1- 300 amp DC Breaker
1 - 3000 watt inverter

Tested both systems and all works well. My first time building these after reading and watching lots YouTube. Chat GTP and Grok and Google AI were all a big help also.

Oupes Guardian 6000 V2 or comparable?

I am looking for a large solar generator, like the Oupes Guardian 6000 V2. Main use will be for charging my GMC Sierra EV while camping. I currently do it with my BLUETTI Apex 300 and a B300K battery and two external 51.2v batteries. The only thing I don’t like is I can only charge at 240v 16 amps. With the Oupes I should be able to charge at 240v 24 amps. I am having trouble getting a response from Oupes Canada to purchase one. What other power stations should I look at that is on the same 240v power output level?

Shipping

Does Anker Solix usually ship quickly? I ordered a F2600 on Saturday and I have not received any correspondence or shipping info. Just curious was hoping to have it before the weekend.

First Anker Solix Purchase

I have been a BLUETTI user but have now made my first purchase from Anker Solix, picked up a F2600 for a pretty sweet deal tonight. Will be using it mainly for my RV. What can you tell me about it? I think I made a decent choice for the price.

Rack Battery and Golf Cart Battery both 51.2v 100ah

I have a Bluetti Apex 300 with a B300K. I am going to combine these with the 51.2v 100ah Vatrer rack battery and the 51.2v 100ah Vevor Golf Cart Battery. My plan is to run each battery into the solar inputs on the Apex 300 which will give me a 15kw system. Now I will not have everything I need for my system by this weekend. I will however have the needed items to hook up the batteries in parallel and feed it into one of the inputs on the Apex 300. Is it a good idea to hook these two batteries in parallel after they have both been charged to 100 percent? I have cables to hook the two together and I have the cable to hook to the Apex 300. I have the proper charger for the batteries which I will charge individually if that is what is needed or can I hook the charger to one battery and it will charge both through the parallel cables? Next week sometime I should have a complete set of everything so that each battery will feed separately into each of the two input feeds on the Apex 300. Let me know what you think of my thoughts here.

Apex 300 with B300K

I am out camping and have my Apex 300 with B300K with me. I’m using it for charging my Sierra EV. I have it plugged into the TT-30 and have it set to pull 30 amps. I am charging my truck at 16 amps 240v. Working great. I was discharging faster than it was recharging so I turned it off so the units can recharge. Why when I turned off my EVSE is it only recharging at 1.9kw instead of around 3.2kw like when I was charging at 3.6kw? This is the first time out with it and so far I am very happy with it.

ONN Stick running on USB

I have an ONN stick on an older 32” LG TV. It has not been communicating with my network very well. Is it because I have it powered by the USB? I had it on a much newer 32” RCA TV at home before I brought it to my lake property and to the older TV. Worked fine at home not as cooperative at the lake. I am thinking the USB power is the issue. I will have to bring the power cable next time I come out and see if that makes a difference. What do you think?

Generator for Emergency Charging.

Would this generator be ok for emergency charging of an EV? I know it’s not an inverter and would likely need a neutral bonding plug. I see lots of YouTube videos of people charging with non inverter generators. I do have an inverter generator (Pulsar 7250). I would move this to my lake property and use this at my home for the house and charging my ev’s. I am in Canada so if this brand isn’t mainstream in the USA it is a good brand and on sale.

Camping and charging my Sierra EV

I have a few camping trips planned this summer. One is rather remote and I want to be able to charge my Sierra EV which I tow my small camper with. These campsites all have 30 amp 120v power which will only charge my EV at a max of 12 amps as that is what the truck is limited to on level 1. I have a Pulsar 7250 inverter generator which I plan on packing along to give my ev the extra little bit so that I have the juice to get home. It is a pretty heavy generator. Are there any inverter generators out there that might be lighter in weight but still capable of charging my EV?
