Anyone tried Creatine? How did it affect your POTS

As title says. I suffer from POTS. I go to the gym and am currently on a weigth loss journey. I hear a lot about Creatine, however it pulls water from your body to your muscle and with POTS my body already has a hard time absorbing water. Of course, I drink Celtics sea salt water and take electrolytes. Is it safe? Has anyone here tried Creatine, if so what has been your favorite type or brand?

Celery juice alternatives

So, I started making celery juice and my skin has been looking amazing. Also, certain biological functions are much easier. However, where I live (outside of the U.S.), currently celery is hard to find since it's out of season. I still want my glowing skin and detox but I today I literally went to 6 supermarkets to find celery and it was nowhere to be found. Also...It is really annoying having to juice it every 3 days to make a batch.

Found the culprit to my afternoon slump

Last week I posted that I am 25 years old, eat healthy and get a major afternoon slump. I have been monitoring my hormones, as well as blood sugar and insulin and everything was normal.

Welll...I am on an antidepressant (which did not make me feel like crap when i started it) and got prescribed ashwagandha by my health care professional for energy and anxiety. Turns out, those two don't mix well. Mind you, my health care provider knew about the antidepressant.

Edit: The ashwagandha was prescribed by my general praction/main doctor. Not sure what exactly to call it in English but basically the doctor that mainly takes care of you and prescribes you antibiotics when you have a flu.

Something to give me energy in the afternoon?

As title says. I have a major case of an afternoon slump. I also can barely wait for 9:30 pm to go to bed. I am 25 and have been this way for about a year.

Coffee doesn't help. I have an espresso in the morning. I also have a shot or two (of espresso) after lunch. I've tried switching my espresso for green tea or matcha, neither helped, so I switched back to my beloved espresso. Post lunch green tea made me super jittery to the point where I couldn't sit still or concentrate.

I take b12 supplement in the morning, as well as D3 + K2. I tried taking a CoQ10 supplement with my lunch, which made my blood sugar and blood pressure drop. However, it did made me stay awake until 11 pm, so a win I guess.

You migth be thinking it migth have something to do with my food choice, but I eat mostly whole foods. For lunch I have a green salad with chicken breast or chicken breast with broccoli and sweet potatoe. For breakfast I have yogurt with oats, fruit and protein powder. I track my calories and I am definitely getting enough calories and enough protein, fiber and fats. I just don't understand where this problem is and finally decided to look into a supplement to take with my lunch.

As title says. I'm thinking about starting it because I've read pretty good things about it. However, I've also read that people are having some pretty bad side effects like blurred vision or irregular heart beat. Has anyone here tried it? What are your thoughts?

I can't find sea moss gel in my country but there are capsules. I was wondering how effective were the capsules. I was also made aware that there is a bit of a diuretic effect. What are your experiences with that?

I started a calorie deficit a few months before Mounjaro, I also started going to the gym. I am tracking my calories and noticed that I am eating almost the same amount of calories.

The first week my appetite was basically zero. But on week 2 of 2.5 MG I am starting to get a little bit of my appetite back.

I am still dropping pounds, but still eating roughly the same calories as before. Which I find weird. I do go to the gym and do strength training, as well as I go on long walks. So maybe i am getting in the same calories because of my activity level.

I did notice that I feel fuller faster and need smaller meals but more often. Also, I wake up with so much energy and have basically zero sugar cravings.
