PS: it's not necessity of Punuglu, but normally I prefer it because it's more rice and less maida, which is not the case in Bonda (I'm not sure about this but heard from people)

So I will be there either in Chennai or Pondicherry, I have to visit a location between Pondi and Chennai so I can stay wherever I want.

Previously during my Pondi visit, I had a lot of problems, like no online cab, The auto guy took us somewhere else (we paid 700 and yes it was not his mistake completely, it was my dumb colleague). The Swiggy guy delivered the food to the neighbouring hotel and the receptionist of that hotel refused to give parcels to outside people...etc

So I'm coming there so I thought to ask if anyone needs anything from Hyderabad, normally I have to stay in hotel and have to wait for the time to leave, and it's difficult, so I thought to ask this and I'll have some work😄😄

And also suggest to me whether I should stay in Chennai or Pondicherry..., also suggest food...

Update:

1. In our previous field visit, I was with him, and at that time we had a problem in travel, at that time he was constantly chatting (He was supposed to coordinate for travel), it costed us 1.5 hour delay on the main work and 700 rupees of payment...., I discussed this with the female program manager later and she also said that he is a dumb...(Even she said worse than I'm explaining it here) And this is another reason that I am here in reddit

2. He is on leave for Monday, Tuesday, I can write a mail today on Sunday and I can say that I am writing this very carefully on Sunday, this is not a mistake (I'm sorry if anyone of you think that I'm doing some nasty things, I can explain every of his acts) I believe in growth....

3. I stopped picking his calls until necessary, and that dumb once didn't answered my call and said he didn't answered because I don't his calls (but in reality, he calls to time pass, and I called him for our last field visit, as mentioned in the point 1) and this is another reason it is affecting me.

I'm a guy working in an organisation here, in our team there is a creep. Unfortunately I became his friend initially, and I heard all of his dumb discussions, now I'm unable say no to his useless coffee breaks, currently he has ongoing affair with a 32yo woman and he is 26-27,

Worse case:

This is an institutional organisation with students and more than 4k employees...., that creep gets goosebumps while seeing girls and women (including students)

He forcefully pulls me for coffee and explains to me his problems in his affair and expects me to suggest a solution, I'm a person who thinks realistically so previously some of my suggestions became true...and after this he forcefully wants me to analyse his situation and give him suggestions...

(He wastes time on the phone for chatting, and indirectly wastes your time if you go with him)

Conclusion:

So now it's out of my mental strength to tolerate him, personally I respect women and girls, I tried to explain to him the same (including multiple written feedback, and more than 10 hours of face to face discussion) now I'm in a situation that I can't say no to his dumb things so to give him a dose from official and especially for the sake of students safety more than employees, I'm planning to put an anonymous POSH mail, even one person (Z) from his native place said that he (Z) tried to explain that creep but it was useless and now I felt the same, he just focuses on one thing only (you know it)...

(This is not to degrade his career path, still I can have a coffee with him(without interest), but sometimes I feel that the organisation should fire him but later I think about his career 🥲, as a believer of equality and justice)

What are your suggestions....

In my office there is a very creepy guy, I am very friendly to everyone and so he became my friend unfortunately (because of his short temper everyone opposes him and everyone treats him professionally) he pulls me outside for coffee and explains his affairs that I don't want to listen to. (I have already participated in the depths of his useless affairs discussion, yes I accept that it was my mistake, but at that time I didn't know, I thought it was genuine)

Currently he has an ongoing affair with a woman of 32yo, and he is 26-27....we are in Hyderabad in an organisation with more than 4k employees....

Currently it's going out of my mind, even a guy (let's call him X) from his native place, told me that he (x) also tried to convince the creep to mend his ways...but it was useless so X said he left doing that...and X changed his path...

My plan:

Now I'm planning to send an email on behalf of an anonymous girl 🥲 this is the best option I can do, this is not to degrade his position or to make him get fired (I don't have any intentions to make any problem in anyone's life) but I can't handle and can't say him directly, even I want him to get fired... Because he won't understand... He ignores every feedback he gets... Always on the phone....

This is also for the shake of every female students and office people....

I'm a corporate guy working in Hyderabad. Basically it's an institution and we have to train students, it's a very big institution with more than 4k employees, with collaborations with multiple colleges in India...

In our team, we are 6 members. And this is about one person aged 27, and always hungry about tax.

Unfortunately, I'm a very friendly person and he is a person with a short temper and dumb..., he fought with every member and all are opposite of him but because of my friendliness, he started one sided friendship with me....and I'm a skinny so he pulls me everywhere to explain his story,

(This is not a male to male case)

Long story short,

He gets josh(intense s**ual urge when he see any female, I seriously don't like it, he drive bike near girls and womens when he on road, either on bike or walking on road.

I already said him not to do this, even a lot of time I have said him not to drive near girls when he see them..., as a person who stayed in group with rules of no girls, no cigarettes, no lie, no bad words...so this make me feel bad like how creepy person he is, and I'm walking with him...

Conclusion:

I want to file an anonymous posh complaint being a girl..., I don't want him to get fired, but I think if he gets fired then and only then he will understand this....

So finally after 6 months in Hyderabad, I'm moving to a shared home.....

The problem I can see in the future is cooking,

I'm a corporate guy and a traveller (Part of my job)

Until now I was staying in PG, and the food was a real problem,

Currently I'm in the second PG and here the food is more problematic than the previous one (I respect food so I never say it was worse or bad, and I also think about the people who really don't have food, and... whatever)

Long story short,

I need help to cook good food in less time, as my office time is 10 to 7 and I always want to rest on free time....

PS: I have tested extreme levels of testes..., so normally I expect the best test, but I can go for a normal home kitchen test..., and yes, it's Hyderabad so...you can guess the test of outside food...it's not possible to create the same test, but atleast...I can try

Update:

Currently I'm planning to arrange a tiffin service and outside food, and small recipes at home, like Maggie (yes it's unhealthy but this is what I can think of 🥲)

And as an engineer, I don't feel it as hardwork..., it's easier than office load...., and yes I also know how to make tea 😁, hot milk😁 and corn flakes with hot milk 😁

More than a week I stay outside of city, and sometimes I feel not to do anything, just eat outside, and sleep,

But sometimes I feel like I have energy to make biryani...., but don't know how to cook
