Washing Bucket for Mercury Plus V2.0 stirring bit at bottom

It doesn't seem to go around anymore. The magnets in the base are ok but the plastic around the axle must have swelled or something. Can I replace that part, or is it a whole new bucket? Just a small bit of piping would do.

If you are going to ship with plastic film on the build plate then at least have a tab sticking out the side to make it obvious!!!

Guess what I have been doing this morning?

Best upgrade from Mars 3 Pro?

I think my Mars 3 Pro is on the way out. Prints are failing, and half the LED lighting up at other times. I see that a Mars 5 is currently £5 more than a Mars 4 but £20 less than a 4 Ultra.

I don't need 9K and all the bells and whistles. I also think my old resin tank would be compatible with a Mars 5. Is the 5 any good?

Edit: I will probably go for the Mars 4 Ultra. I don't need cameras. More resolution, a more secure print bed and no more need for USB sticks are enough for me.

Can Google put filters over search results now?

I googled the band "Angine De Poitrine", whose whole schtick seems to be polkadots. Google had a button at the bottom that let you cover the screen in polkadots. Is this a new thing?

Slicer question

I haven't touched my printer for a year. Got a new PC and tried out the latest versions of all the slicers. How they have changed, and how they push the subscription model.

Lychee. Add a resin, and it's like, here are some ready-made configs and the % chance of them working. Which do you want to use?

Chitu box is "Are you printing teeth? Are you sure you don't want to print teeth?"

I tried Elegoos own SatelLite, but nothing was particularly obvious about what to do.

What is the best slicer these days?

Any way to start a completely clean session?

Every time I query a new subject, I start a new prompt. Given time, however, it will still start referencing things from last year that I discussed with it. Is there any way to make it forget everything discussed up to now?

I went to see Father, Mother, Brother, Sister the other day, and the cinema was full of groups of middle-aged women. Middle-aged man myself. I remember and still love the great films from the 90s, but I wonder how his rep stands up today?

I enjoyed the film even though it was a bit Mike Leigh in places. The recurring plot points were an interesting idea.

50+ years with a 30+ year CD collection (all ripped now). Just recently, I have been getting into making themed mixes for myself. Pick a dozen tracks from a genre that work well together, drag them into Ableton arrange view, start slow, get faster, and get them sweet fades from one to another. I think they sound quite good, even if I do say so myself.

How do I share them, and what do I do next? I certainly don't want to be a club DJ, but I could do something between sets at a gig. That sort of thing. I have the free Mixcloud, and I might reach out to some of the local underground radio stations. It's a ready-made hour of content for them.

I have a couple of controllers, so I could fiddle about with Live FX, etc.

Any suggestions?

Edit: Well, I hope none of you naysayers play records made with sequencers.
