Green Lanterns (2016) writing

I’ve always been interested in Jessica Cruz as a character since she tends to show up in a lot of media. Green Lanterns (2016) seemed like the closest thing she has to a solo series so I gave it a shot but the writing is really hit or miss. It will be good one issue but bad the next. Has that been anyone else’s experience?

Any comics that focus more on character relationship than action?

I really liked Dark Ages by Tom Taylor because it had a lot of characters interacting that have never done so before and, while there was the goal of defeating the big bad, I liked how the focus was on people adapting to/preserving in a world without electricity. Community was a really big aspect. Are there any comics that focus more on the people than the conflict?

Donna Tory is Duplicate of Wonder Woman Comics

I prefer the origin story that Donna Troy is an evil duplicate of Wonder Woman that she defeats and adopts as her sister. I find it more interesting than Diana just finding her in a fire and taking her home. Are there any comics where Donna has that origin story still

I really liked how Dinah Lance was portrayed in Justice League Unlimited (and Young Justice), but her personality is very different in the few Black Canary comics I've read. Are there any issues where she behaves similarly to the show?

The concept sounds really interesting but I'm not one for web novels. It did get an English license which kind of decreases the chances of it getting a manhwa. I doubt it would get the Omniscient Reader's Viewpoint treatment.

While I don't regularly buy single issues (I prefer collected bound editions), I'll occasionally do so. I'm not sure if I really need to go the Mylar route and spend a ton of money if I'm not a genuine comic collector. But people have a lot of negative things to say about the other kinds of bags so I'm not sure. The comic bag and board pre-mades at bcw do seem more affordable though.
