Any Australians here in Sydney, where do you guys buy your meat?

Been looking around for great value butchers to order meat in bulk, and figured you guys would have some idea about where to go for good value. I’d greatly appreciate any recommendations.

Big arms - cope or dope for an aesthetic physique?

Been thinking about this recently. When thinking of all of the ‘aesthetic greats’ like Laid, Seid, Zyzz, even classic guys like Frank Zane and Steve Reeves, it’s never ever their arms that people rave about - It’s the shoulders, the chest, the lats, the abs, and even the quads in proportion to the shoulders.

There’s all these people raving about getting big arms, and wanting to learn how to prioritise them in a program, but is it really worth it if your goal is aesthetics? Obviously you still gotta train your arms, but I’m curious as to other takes on this dilemma.

Genuine question - would it be easier just to learn to accept that I’ll always love and miss them?

I’m seriously under the belief that some people aren’t born to move on. There’s gotta something in certain people’s brain chemistry that just makes them dwell on things for so much longer.

1 year ago, I broke up with someone I only dated for 3 months, and they still take up so much of my thoughts. Some days are worse than others, but they’re always there. I don’t think I’ll ever move on in the sense that people seem to describe ‘moving on’

Funny thing I noticed - at 10:19 when Ramin sings the final line to MOTN, you can see Colm to the right singing the same line.

(there's another video of the 25th encore taken by an audience member on a different date, where Colm starts singing the first verse of the title song too early, and cuts into Anthony Warlow's part. whoops...)

Never understood this. Is he calling Christine an angel? If so, that seems a little forward. They literally only met like 2 minutes prior and he's already assigning pet names?

Is he referring to Phantom? Like, "Angel! Let Christine go!". This don't make sense either. He's adamant The Phantom doesn't even exist until halfway through the second act, even when a hangs a man in the middle of a ballet performance.

Maybe I'm just missing something. Anyone?
