Any of you guys had experience stacking Tirz with Reta?

I've been on Reta for about 8 months, and the appetite suppression isn't hitting like it used to, even on high doses. I'm going to add Tirz on top of it. Reta was my first experience with a GLP and I've never done Tirz. Was wondering if any of y'all are in a similar situation to me, and how your experience was adding Tirz to your stack?

Why do the "low-volume high-intensity" guys act as if pushing your sets legitmately hard is some revolutionary discovery?

I really hate when I hear things like "just do 2 HARD sets per exercise, and thats all you need!" As opposed to what.... bitch baby sets? Of course you aren't gonna grow if you're not pushing your sets hard.

Personally, I agree with the intensity > volume sentiment. I don't think people need more than 10-12 sets per muscle per week if their intensity and form is dialled. But it's hilarious hearing guys online act as if people doing any more than 10-12 sets per week is training like a bitch. I think people can train with high volumes and high intensity, it's just not sustainable (for most people), unless they're on roids.

So, did people generally not know how to train hard before this "high intensity" trend came and took over Gymtok? Did people really lack common sense on training knowledge before this?

[UPDATE] Had a very intimate moment with a friend I've known for 2 years - Not sure how to read it or what to do.

ORIGINAL: https://www.reddit.com/r/dating\_advice/s/BBkpNxa5cL

A few of ya'll were asking for an update, so here's where I'm at.

To quickly jog your memory, a friend of mine (19F), asked me (19M) to pick her up and drive half an hour to her place to drop her off. We ended up sitting in my car for about 3 hours, and things felt very warm, and intimate, as we got slightly physical (hugging, faces very close, interlocking hands, you know the drill).

So, I messaged her not long after I made the first post, just saying hi and asking how she was doing. She responded pretty enthusiastically "I'm doing godddddd wbu?" smth like that.

We had some quick funny banter, and I eventually said "I have a question". She responded with smth like "yes whats up queen?" I'm like... interesting response but okay. I ask "Saturday night was really fun? Would you wanna do something like that again some time?"

And her response...

"Pause. I was lowkey so smashed I don't remember anything"

So, immediately my stomach sinks, because... well you do the math.

I explained a little bit about what happened. I didn't include any of the physical intimacy details because I didn't wanna make it weird. I basically said that we chatted in my car until the sun came up. She said smth like "oh yeahhhhh i remember that. I don't remember exactly what I said but I remember saying a bunch of stuff."

At this point I'm thinking she might be downplaying how much she remembers to avoid being to up front with me...? I'm not sure, you guys can help me out.

I then said "Either way, I had fun. Would you wanna catch up again some time soon?"

About an hour later she responds with "i'm down to hangout thats chill." So hey, it at least I got a yes.

The thing is, it's been 10 hours since I sent that (I sent it last night, and its early afternoon now where I live). So I'm kinda overthinking everything and really goddamn nervous.

So yeah, that's where I'm at right now.

Had a very intimate moment with a friend I've known for 2 years - Not sure how to read it or what to do.

A couple days ago, around 3 AM, a friend of mine (19F) asked me (19M) to pick her up and drive her home after a night out. We've known each other through mutual friends for about 2 years. We've always gotten along well, but we've never been particularly close.

Took about half an hour to get to her place and we chatted the whole way there. After we arrived, we ended up sitting in my car talking for about three hours. It flowed very well and the chemistry felt great.

We snuck in subtle compliments toward each other here and there. Eventually she started initiating physical contact - resting her head on my leg, interlocking my fingers with hers, place her hand on my jaw - we essentially "cuddled" for a full hour in silence. Towards the end she said a few times "I should go" but didn't leave.

Before this the most physical we'd ever been was a normal hello/goodbye hug, so this came completely out of nowhere. I think we were both quietly in shock from the sudden escalation of intimacy.

We haven't spoken since then.

I'm trying not to assume anything, but I'm confused af. Was that a romantic moment? What should I do next?

What's an episode you always find yourself going back to for a laugh?

I have lots but ones that jump to mind are Marks Big Dumb Word Game, Bobs One Man Show, and Tongue Twisters.

Is it a red flag if my drummer often counts in a song to a completely different tempo than the actual song?

Pretty much the title. He also seems to have a hard time understanding certain things to do with rhythm and song structure, such as not being sure what it means to come in on the ‘and’ of beat 2, etc.

Bloodwork after 8 weeks on 300mg of Test E a week - any advice

I was 12 hours fasted when my bloods were taken, which is part of the reason my IGF1 is so low.

Bloodwork after 8 weeks on 300mg a week - any advice?

My IGF1 was low and Cortisol was high, partly due me being 12 hours fasted when my bloods were drawn. I was also in the trough of my androgen levels.

To all the avid gym goers on Reta, how much are you on and low long have you been taking it for?

The typical trial studies done on overweight individuals aren't necessarily applicable to the fitness crowd, so I'm curious to see what you guys are taking.

You think Clav actually likes his nose job?

He says he does, but I'm not convinced. In my opinion he looks infinitely worse than he used to. I feel like if he liked the outcome of this monumental surgery he talked up so much, he would've changed his profile picture on his socials to one of him with his new nose. 99% of the internet are roasting the shit out of it. He says he likes it but bro theres no way.

Anyone ever tried learning Michael Jackson’s “Speed Demon”?

Here is a link to the baseline I’m talking about: https://youtube.com/shorts/8LedCqlj0OY?si=62NnVxk\_KASxn98c

It was obviously written and played originally on a synth, so to see someone actually playing it is insane. The thing looks like the most insane endurance test on the thumb. Curious to know if anyone here has attempted to play it.

Let’s settle it, should the Phantom have a deep voice, or a higher voice?

Think Michael Crawford vs Davis Gaines.

Think Hugh Panaro vs Norm Lewis.

In my opinion, the type of voice the Phantom has can bring different things to the role.

Deeper voiced Phantoms tend to bring a more monstrous, dominant, yet guttural sadness to the Phantom. Davis Gaines embodies all of those qualities.

Higher voiced Phantoms tend to be more nuanced. Guys like Michael Crawford and Hugh Panaro sound somewhat creepy, evil yet vulnerable, and not from this Earth.

Then there’s guys in the middle like John Owen Jones, Gary Mauer, John Cudia, etc, etc.

Heavily debating adding HGH

So for context, I recently got my bloods done after 8 weeks of 300mg of Test E a week, pinning daily. Everything came back pristine, except my IGF1 levels were very low only 20nmol/L. Since then I have increased Test dose to 400mg/week, increased my cals, and have been debating whether or not to add HGH to my stack. I understand a decent amount about HGH, and know about all the benefits, but I thought I’d ask y’all for some takes/experience.

Write a mini-story using Distractible episode titles.

I was checking my Hair, when my friend said, "Hold My Beer," and dragged me out into the wilderness for a weekend of Camping, taking a break from Disappointing Our Parents. My friend was never good our int he wilderness, but I thought "Yeah, He'd Live". It was The Perfect Day, but due to our Bad Habits, things went south fast. First, Bob’s Fridge got stranded on a dirt road despite me telling the car to Get More Faster, which triggered a domino effect of Oh Sh*t Moments. As it got darker, my deepest Fears & Fetishes came true when a raccoon destroyed our form of Transportation. We had a massive argument around the campfire (classic case of You're Dumb, We're Smart, Here's Why) about which survival strategy to use, a literal case of "Hill I Will Die On". I thought it would be beautiful, but, I Was Wrong, we're just a couple of Old Men. In the end, we survived, but walking back into civilisation without our gear felt like trying to pull off The Perfect Crime. If you ask me, it was So Bad It's Good.

Free Testosterone is 2230pmol/L but IGF-1 is low (20nmol/L)...

I got my bloodwork done after running 300mg of Test E a week, split into daily injections. Everything came back perfect, with nothing in harmful ranges. The only unexpected metric was my IGF-1 being 20nmol/L, when standard NATURAL ranges are 22-40nmol/L. Anybody know why this might be happening or how to fix it?

Any Australians here in Sydney, where do you guys buy your meat?

Been looking around for great value butchers to order meat in bulk, and figured you guys would have some idea about where to go for good value. I’d greatly appreciate any recommendations.
