Could you recommend a website/app or something similar that would specifically help me learn how to do accounting journal entries? I’m struggling with entries for finance leases and operating leases, and I’d really like to learn before the test, I don't just want the answer to the exercise; I want it to explain how to do it and how to know which is the correct answer for the chart of account cuz I feel like I'm failing this course. The exercises are difficult, like this one:

Chicago Company acquired, on June 30, 2000, an industrial machine (basic equipment) through a lease agreement, having signed the respective contract on that date.

The asset was acquired under the following conditions:

Asset value: 35,000.00

Contract period: 3 years

Deductible VAT rate: 16%

Quarterly lease payments in arrears

Quarterly interest rate of 2%

Residual value of 3% (for purchase option purposes)

Useful life of the asset: 8 years

Depreciation method: straight-line

The final schedule provided by the lessor to the lessee was as follows:

a) Prepare the accounting records to be made during the year 2000, both from the lessee’s and the lessor’s perspective.

b) Record the purchase option exercised by the lessee, both in the books of the lessee and the lessor.
