With black peppercorns, garlic, chopped yellow onion, red chili pepper, bay leaves, dill, and mustard seeds.

Pressgurka: basically just means pressed cucumber, you salt and then weigh down the cucumbers so they release moisture. This gives them a crispy texture.

Bring water to a boil, add sugar and stir until dissolved. Pour in vinegar and let cool.

Then you can use dill or parsley, i used parsley this time and mix in.

I think i prefer skin shaved

Could have had a better sear but it was still good
