Ribeye steak with fries, béarnaise sauce, balsamic-sautéed mushrooms, grilled carrot, jalapeño, cherry tomatoes, and green asparagus. I'm not happy with the sear on the meat, but it still tasted good anyway.

With my current favorite wine and a few beers

Carefully patted the burrata dry, then coated it first in flour, then in egg, and finally in panko. Deep-fried at 180°C / 356 °F until golden, you have to keep a close eye on it so it doesn't fry for too long, or the cheese will start to leak out.

For the tomatoes, I mixed olive oil with garlic, oregano, salt and pepper, and drizzled it over the tomateos, finishing by sprinkling a little sugar on top of it all. Then I roasted them in the oven at about 100°C / 212°F for roughly 3 hours. I didn't keep track of the exact time, but you just have to check on them every now and then.
