Weight loss

Hey how’s it going everyone. This post is meant to reach out to those who were able to recover from the massive weight loss. After cutting out almost everything I been able to recover from the symptoms but still struggling with weight gain. I been on a strict diet but I’m afraid i might disappear lol.

Part of the reason could be I tried eating more veggie soups or some salad before my meal which helped but loss alot of weight. Honestly I don’t know what I should do if you guys have any suggestions or recipes of calorie LPR dense foods I would appreciate it! I was 151 pounds a few months ago and now I weigh 130 just for context.

Gonna start drinking alkaline water and doing the throat spray since my globus feeling comes back every other day :/

If anyone got any methods of targeting the vocal cords and globus sensation let me know 🙌🏽

Honestly I might skip the whole insurance option and just pay out of pocket :/

Any suggestions or options I have in terms of providers and services?

Day 4 of Famotidine 40mg night time.

Honestly so far I haven’t experienced any bad side effects, I usually get reflux in the night time but ENT recommended 40mg in the night time for 6 weeks to help heal my inflamed larynx. I’m not experiencing any other symptoms as of right now. Will be updating every now and then to let you guys know what’s up. If you guys have any tips for bringing down the inflammation and helping me talk I would really appreciate it. I’m also thinking about starting magnesium once my 6 weeks are over with famotidine.

New dilemma, I was prescribed famotidine but now I don’t know how to take my refluxter pill without disrupting my antacids. Would I be able to take it with a small glass of water with disrupting the h2 blocker ? I been losing my mind over this unfortunately
