Can vitamin d deficiency cause stomach cramps ?

Particularly in the upper stomach under your chest plate, sometimes the cramps tend to shift from the left to the right or just stay in the middle? It doesn’t hurt when I press down the pain level is a 1 I would say it doesn’t burn or anything but feels annoying to deal with.

What should be done about high arachidonic acid?

I got an omega panel done and uncovered that my AA and AA/EPA ratio is high and EPA is lowish. Googling the effects of high AA it says a bunch of scary shit like “increased inflammation throughout the body, potentially contributing to conditions like heart disease, arthritis, neurological issues, skin problems, and certain cancers”.

Now my question is besides eating more salmon and taking fish oil, what can I do?

How important is it to take magnesium with d3 & k2?

I been having some bad stomach issues for months and finally healed from them thru diet and weight loss. I recently went to get a blood test and my vit d levels were in the 20s I’m planning on taking vit d with k2 but saw that magnesium is required or recommended? How true is this?
