1957 Road Trip
My 15 year old mother on the left with her two sisters and Grandfather facing her. They were on a road trip from Corner Brook to Green's Harbour (where he was originally from) and then St John's where my Grandfather had business. They stopped for a boil up at one of the provincial parks along the way. My mother's other sister found this photo yesterday.

What does it do?
I have a prescription for ozempic. 51M. I want to lose 70lb. From reading many comments it seems that everyone changed their diets and did some exercising. If I did that for a year, I would probably lose 70lb. What do I need ozempic for?
Now I, just like the rest of you, am very aware at how easy that sounds and I'm the poster boy for over eating and laziness, so in not judging, I'm just wondering what ozempic does? Does it just make it easier not to over eat? Does it burn fat? It almost seems psychological more so than physical?
