I’ve had several customers in the last week complain that items sent with RM24 or 48 haven’t arrived over a week later
Are you only bothered about our games, will you be regularly watching other Championships games/highlights or just keeping an eye out for other scores
Currently sending with Royal Mail OBA. Still not fully sure how much extra we're being charged for HS code based tariffs to the US. We've added 15% to our shipping price for adjustments and for EU orders, similarly increased shipping to match the €3 charge. The integration still feels a bit all over the place but can't expect RM to have everything set up when Trumo wants to change tariffs on a whim. Seen quite a few people stop shipping to the U.S. entirely because of the hassle?
They've made it nearly impossible to use, sticking all the filters on a bar rather than a dropdown, where you have to find a tiny space between to filter options to click and move between options and then when you try and filter anything it just dissapears. Consistently bad UI and UX updates that are doubling the time it takes to find and process orders. Theyve removed the clear button so you now have to manually click every product you want to include/exclude
Trying to filter by more than 1 item and the filter is hidden right as the end and any time i try and edit it, it just dissapears.
I have a pop up shop coming up in central London that needs extra staff but I don't want to go through the hassle of hiring for such a short period. Does anyone have reccomendations for staffing agencies that might specialise in retail staff or Pop Ups?
I’ve been mostly vegan for a few years but always had “exceptions” with things like baked goods, snacks that may contain things like milk powder etc.
ive now become 100% vegan but struggling with the lack of baked goods. I’d regularly have croissants or cookies but cant find any vegan versions in supermarkets. What do you have instead of these or is there any way to replicate similar baked goods?
Shipping on Royal Mail Click and Drop (OBA) I can't actually find anywhere that specifies the tariffs for each HS codes or how it really works other than the email I recieved that just said they will be applied. Whole thing seems a shambles from the U.S. and Royal Mail.
For those who are continuing to send DDP, are you just adding on the additional tariffs to your prices for U.S. customers? Seems like this will be unsustainable for us to do with a good chunk of our sales coming from the U.S.

sending with Royal Mail OBA and seeing duties are around 18% for my items but i haven’t seen RM confirm this would be the case. Shipping to the U.S. has become an utter mess
Just got my RM OBA invoice.
Eu shipping with the new €3 duties is a minor hassle but shipping to the U.S. has become borderline unfeasible. The flat rate 10% was one thing but with the added HS code based duties and whatever else Mango Mussolini wants to impose in coming months, what is the point. RM have actually been quite good with integrating the PDDP for the initial U.S. duties but the recent additional charges seem to be the straw the broke the camels back. Im not even entirely sure how it’s calculated but I was charged 18% duties for sending a parcel to the U.S. yesterday.

Salah, KDB, Kane, Mane, Hazard, Aguero and several more, Down to literally two options - Haaland & Bruno.
This isn’t as much an FPL pricing issue as it is an issue of truly world class players in the league
McCoist and Dixon do not get along do they. Dixon picking up Ally on everything he’s said after he rightly said the challenge should’ve been a yellow.
Dixon is out of his depth here with McCoist’s banter. Even Matterface is just ignoring him in favour of talking to Ally
I am the owner of an ecommerce clothing brand that makes licensed sportswear in collaboration with well known sports entertainment companies. I am looking to set up a week long pop-up shop in a prominent location later this year following on from a successful smaller pop ups in 2024 and 2025, however the logisitics and admin side isn't my strong point so I was wondering if anyone that has experience could provide some advice on how they managed to set up theirs, particularly for the following.
Transport/Logisitcs - in 2024 I hosted my own shop and used a Man/Van Removals company which was expensive and didn't allow us flexibility with pick ups and drop offs. For 2025 I hired a van myself and between myself and a friend drove to location as and when needed which was much better but unfortunately isn't possible this time round. I was looking at a proper logisitics/events company who might be more flexible as I have another event i need to move stock to straight after my pop up shop ends. Does anyone have advice for what would work best for this kind of transportation - probably will need a Luton sized van & London based.
Staff - I am the sole employee so any work done for me is usually on a freelance basis. For previous events I have employeed friends on a casual basis but as this is a larger scale operation I will be looking to employ a set of staff for the week, however I am not keen on the amount of admin it would add to employ them directly. Of course it's a convo to have with my accountant but just wondering what others have done for their own retail setups - hired directly, agency or used a company that specialises in retail events and pop ups which would be more expensive but a lot more hassle.
Retail equipment - I have a few rails and shelves that I have used in previous shops but due to the venue being larger I will need to look at getting more shop fittings, is there anywhere that I may be able to hire this equipment instead of buying that people have used?
For POS we just used Shopify terminals and card readers which should be fine again.
If there are any other tips any of you may have about running your own pop up it would be much appreciated as this is a bit of a large step for my business. Any comments are much appreciated.
