Hey guys,

Like a lot of people I love the lore around Lotr doesn’t need to be the adventure around the films but overall it’s nice.
There are so many Lotr board games that I’m not sure what to buy for me.
I love dungeon crawler but also playing AH LCG and with my son the marvel LCG, but a third LCG would be very expensive therefore I’m looking for some different ways to tickle the itch of a LOTR board game.
Can you recommend me some maybe some kind of dungeon crawler but with a possible solo mode. Preferred are coop games.

So I think I posted here before, I inherited a XL 5T and 2 MK4 one with ~120d print time the other with ~15d.

The one with the 120d makes some scratchy noise from the bed but I already cleaned and oiled the tubes and also the scews (I don’t know the English word in German it’s Gewindestange). It did not changed at all, both printing fine no problems but there must be something up with the scratchy sound.

But at all, what are the best upgrades for the MK4 bought / printed to increase speed and or accuracy.

What should I also check with nearly 3000hrs of print time?

I started AH now with the chapter 2 core box.
At the moment I don’t have the new investigators but I’m planing of buying these.

I’m looking to print an insert for the core box, but there are so many files out there.

What is by your opinion the best one that includes the tokens and the chaos bag?

Ich habe von meinem Vater einen ganzen Maschinenpark geerbt. Unter anderen sind da 2x Prusa MK4 drin einer mit 17d druckzeit der andere mit 121d. Beide ohne Multimaterial Möglichkeit.

Ich habe zuvor noch nie mit prusa Druckern gearbeitet, der Preis hat mich abgeschreckt. Nun habe ich noch einen XL mit 5 toolheads da, als auch schon vorher vorhanden einen P2S combo und einen Creality K1 Max ohne CFS.

Meine Überlegung war beide Prusa mk4 zu verkaufen und davon lieber einen X2D von Bambu zu kaufen, mit combo dann ist man schnell und einfach flexible beim farbwechsel. Für drucke mit mehr als 1 farbwechsel bzw. 2 Farben hätte ich den Prusa XL.

Was würdet ihr empfehlen hier vorzugehen? Was für Alternativen wären da?

So this is not so happy weekend for me, my father died, we were no contact for several years but it’s my father anyway.

He was into 3D printing and has several printer but also an prusa XL with 5 toolheads.
It’s used probably several thousand of hours on it.

We are also printing for our business and wants to use the printer too.

What to check / maintain first ? Which slicer to use? We got a Bambu P2S and a Creality K1 Max at Home.

I bought Arkham Horror and also Marvel champions.
Heroquest also has a lot of cards that I want to sleeve.

When I search on Amazon it’s stated that its an inner sleeve and it’s for double sleeve. Does it mean when I buy 600 „inner sleeves“ I sleeve it double with two of the sleeves or are there any „outer“ sleeves on the market?
I just want them a bit more save when handling them while playing, it’s not like they are worth a fortune line a super rare Pokemon card.

What do I chose? Can I play with inner sleeve sleeves or are they not protective enough or too slippery?

Hi guys,

Like you all I like to play boardgames solo (also like it in a group but you can’t have your friends always with you).

So I just started chapter 2 of Arkham horror in the hope it’s just a card game and will not take much space on the table. Wow was I wrong. I like this game but will only fit in hotel room tables that are quiet big.

So I also got gloomhaven BnB from the table demand it’s perfect! I thought just its more dungeon crawler but this is less crawl and more min maxing with your turns. I will play trough it but also looking for other interesting solo games that doesn’t require a lot of desk space.

Overall I like narrative games, dungeon crawler, horror genre as Arkham horror. But also like rpg mid or high fantasy things. I’m open also for other cardgames when they have some progression system. One hits are okay but I like progression in buying or improving my character. I just saw the kickstarter campaign for dungeon crawler Carl. This looks like fun but it’s seems to be just available in English.

I would prefer to have the game in the German language.
