Just chill 😎

Location: Kolkata. Guy climbed a lamp post on a busy road. When the fire brigade showed up to get him down, he started doing pull-ups instead.

Please suggest a good Barber

Can someone please suggest a good barber in Meerut, preferably near Shastri Nagar. I have tried Headmasters but the haircuts were shit.

Also please don’t suggest a Rs 1000 haircut, not that rich. Something in the range of Rs300-400 would be appreciated.

How much time do you guys talk to potential matches?

Same as Title, how much time do you guys talk/talked for before involving family? Also if you have time please also answer what you guys discuss about, would be very helpful since we are struggling with the process since 2 years now and not understanding what we are doing wrong.

How honest are you guys in your discussions?

We are looking for arranged marriage prospects for my sister. I am asking because we were under the impression that we should have 100% Transparency and tell everything honestly.

But recently a guy refused after talking for three months when my sister told her that she suffers from anxiety sometimes. I supported her in doing so but now I am thinking if it is really necessary to tell every small thing in advance? I am sure others are also not telling everything.

This has happened with us 3-4 times now where after talking for months and a few meetings the guy backs off. We are not able to understand what is going wrong, we don't have any unique demands, just want the person to be open minded and supportive.

Please help! I hate seeing my sister cry going through all this. I just want the best for her.

Will it be too exhausting for me?

I know how to ride a bike well, but I have never owned a bike, only rode max 200 KM once on a rented bike. So, my experience with long rides is very less. I want to know if it will be possible for me to do an 8-day ride from Srinagar to Manali in which we do ~150 kms a day. I am planning to go with a group which will do all the planning and arrangements for me, I just need to pay and arrive. Please suggest from your past experiences.

I don't want that I just exhaust myself on the trip towards the 2nd half and not enjoy anything.

I recently went on a trek in Himachal, wanted to smoke some weed on the trail. I secured some near the base camp and we started hiking. On the 2nd day after reaching the campsite I sneaked away from the grp and smoked a small J. I started back as they were going to start the headcount soon and I didn't want a search party starting for me. I reached the camp after a 30 min walk and was completely exhausted. When I reached the camp, they were doing SPO2 checks for the day, and I was in the lower 70s. I got panicked as hell and went straight to sleep in my tent after drinking a lot of electrolytes. Woke up a few hours later and was ok by then. Realized that I should have never made that mistake. Read later that smoking weed spikes the CO levels in your blood and can lead to a drop in O2 in the body.

Please don't make the same mistake I did ever. And this is not rare, recently heard that a person died making the same mistake, I was just lucky to survive.

Was an amazing trek though, except this small hunch.
