They initially messaged me asking if I shared my account with anyone, then they said that someone who scammed them had a similar profile picture and username to me. They said that "accidentally" reported my account because they thought I was that person. I know that it's a common scam to get people to click on links by saying that you accidentally reported them, but this person never sent me a link.
They sent me a photo of the account they were talking about, and they had the exact same pfp as me and a similar username (u/LegallyAd404). I looked up that account and it didn't exist, so I assume they simply edited a screenshot of my account and changed the username, account age, and karma amount.
After I came back to get screenshots of our conversation to post about it here, I noticed that they deleted all of their messages and made their account private (I remember that their account wasn't private before).
The weird part is that, like I mentioned above, they didn't send me any links to click on, so I'm not sure what the point of doing all of this is.
Any ideas?
I've only tried it with eyes and cupcakes, and it's worked on both.
When the trinket recasts the spell, it can choose any minion that doesn't fulfill the requirement, even if you do have other minions that meet the requirement for the spell to be cast.
They got rid of Felfire Conjurer and made Chromadrakes only be attainable via the tier 5 dragon and the Chromadrake trinkets.
They got rid of back to back so there aren't any spells that scale on their own anymore.
The only things left are the tier 5 naga, the tier 3 dragon, the tier 4 magnetic mech, and the tier 3 undead. There is the bubble crown trinket, but that's a flat buff. There is heart of the forest and i think a couple other major trinkets, but those are often far too slow to actually keep you alive if you do have them be offered at all.
Despite everything that I've mentioned, tavern-spell focused comps (like bounties, dragons, and nagas) are still in the game and are comps that are expected to be played.
I've yet to have a single good tavern spell buff comp this season. They cap out so far below Golden Pirates, Lobster Beasts, and Magnetic Mechs.
