Second network question

Hi support team!

I was looking to add a second network. In addition to wanting dark star at work (better signal), I was wondering if that gives me a second phone number that can accept sms or if it's only a data line? I don't want to give WhatsApp my real number.

This offer is effectively 9/8/8/8 without striking

I understand lots of folks care about the wage pools. This offer isn't a slap in the face, it's just Hollywood accounting because base wage pools get the visibility outside the Puget Sound.

So ask yourself, if you saw 9/8/8/8 would you be excited?

This doesn't account for growth in the next contract, I acknowledge and am not trying to hide anything. I'm considering this contract.

My chart on Prof wages vs CPI, historical and offer

Looks like Profs catch up to CPI-W (using the same formula Social Security does) after the 2027 ACR. They continue to lag behind CPI-U for Seattle (June over June percentages)

This doesn't include any promotion or oos funds (which are 1.5% current contract, 0.5% in offer).

Going forward, I filled in some assumptions but at least it's a good initial catch up. That 3% Retro pay really carries a lot of weight for the duration.

Recommended battery replacement shops?

My wife has an S24+ and performance wise she has no complaints, so when the S26 came out she decided it wasn't worth upgrading. However, her battery life is starting to wane, as usual on devices, even using the 80% setting.

Is getting a replacement battery from a shop like ubreakifix a better idea? Or is there a different, trusted third party to do it? This is frankly one area where Apple is nice, that they offer reasonable battery replacement options from their in house shops.

Stainless or carbon steel insert for humid/coastal?

There are two third-party inserts for my Weber Genesis that I'm looking at. The carbon steel one is a clone of the Weber official one, but there's also a stainless steel one.

I'm used to cooking on my existing 18" stainless griddle, and am shopping for increased heat rebound and surface area. I was going to get the carbon steel since thats what is popular in the market and on here, but ... am I going to suffer rust given that I'm 1/4 mile from the coast, so it's sea air plus in winter it is rainy.

I am not sure rules on posting links so it's either Stainbroil, or Tailgriller, if you look on Amazon.

12VDC input on River3. Will this cord work on a D2?

I picked up a River3 to use as a UPS and having the benefit of a backup battery to use on my garage freezer if we have a full outage. It came with a 12V (cigarette male plug) charging cord that has the orange 2-pin on the other side, similar to the solar panel inputs.

I was just wondering if that would work with my Delta2? I don't want to test it out without asking first and potentially fry something!

With Paramount selected, I can pay extra for ad-free. Can anyone tell me if with Peacock selected if you can pay extra to get the ad-free with Apple bundle?
