So a while ago I bought what purported to be a vintage 60s Gibson mudbucker on Reverb some time ago, like late 2025 or so. It sounds good, but I was wondering if it was real or not lately. The main thing that got me thinking about this was the fact that it doesn't fit snugly in my previous mudbucker cover. I had a Stonewall mudbucker initially before buying this, and I noticed that the provided cover is way smaller than the Stonewall one, despite the Stonewall one being a direct retrofit onto real Gibson basses. It's not really a huge deal, but was wondering if instead I got like a Japanese lawsuit-era copy of a mudbucker. As well, comparing to other mudbuckers the construction seems a bit shoddier.

Two weeks ago I bought a Bass Xtender for a new neck I’m putting on my bass. I haven’t heard anything yet. I even emailed them last week, and they haven’t gotten back to me. Anyone else also experience this? How long have you guys had to wait before Hipshot ships out the item you bought?

I'm heavily considering putting a fuzz circuit in the rhythm circuit cavity in my Jazzmaster, and I really love the sound of the mid-scooped mode on the Univox Superfuzz. However, I only want that setting in my guitar for compactness reasons. I can't find a circuit diagram for just Tone 2. I'm very new to pedal circuits, so I can't really read them very well yet. As well, if I were to pursue this endeavor, would I need a battery?

I have a Warmoth Jazzmaster that has served me very well, but I want to make some changes. I'm going to change the pickups from a Strat style pickup config to dual humbuckers. As well, I played a Levi Perry Custom Shop Jazzmaster and was stunned by the fuzz circuit in it. It inspired me to want to put a fuzz circuit in the rhythm circuit cavity. I see people put Fuzz Faces in there, but is it possible to instead put a Big Muff style circuit, maybe a Ram's Head or a Op Amp Muff? How complicated would it be?
