Dry skin over acne and the acne won't heal for months

I am unsure of how to explain it but I get this deep seated, often painless acne on my cheeks. The skin above it will get dry and super thick and the pimple won't heal for months. I do use the 30%aha and 2%bha peeling solution from the ordinary 1-2x/week, i use a foaming cleanser with salicylic acid, I use zink containing medical cream for spots, aside from that I use a daytime urea containing moisturizer with spf.

I used retinoids and they did not do a difference and since summer is approaching I stopped applying retinoids and will continue in the summer.

I did notice that the acne eventually heals if I pierce it with a needle (I use blood sugar needles) and use hydrocoloid patches. Often there is hair trapped in the pimple too, meaning I often do have to squeeze them.

I have around 3-5 pimples like that at a time, the rest of the acne are just simple closed comodones that heal off by themselves after a short time.

I am on cyproteronacetat (androgenblocker) which has overall helped but not stopped the acne

Hallo, habe mich auf der App der Fahrschule abgerackert, damit es grün wird. Bräuchte dafür eine Woche. Fahrschule sagte, dass ich den Prüfungstermin bekomme nach Post von der TÜV.

Währenddessen, bis ich post bekommen habe, habe ich weiter gelernt, bin dann auch 95% gerutscht. Jetzt sagt die Fahrschule, dass ich die Prüfung nicht antreten darf.

Also ich würde fürs lernen bestraft? Sorry, dass ich fragen täglich wiederhole, hätte ich einfach bei grün aufhören sollen zu lernen?

Edit ich war jetzt in der Fahrschule, habe mit dem Fahrlehrer gesprochen und die Situation nochmal erklärt. Er war ganz nett, und er konnte mir für nächste Woche einen Termin geben. Er hat auch nochmal gefragt was meine Schwierigkeiten mit der App sind im allgemeinen, denn viele andere Schüler haben auch Probleme geschildert (Shuffling der Fragen, Fragestellung, Antworten etc.)

Ist er Rassist oder nur aus Hannover?

Ich weiß, hört sich komisch an.

Meine Katze ist 18, ich kenne sie ihr ganzes Leben.

Sie roch immer ganz mild nach Katze. Keine starken Gerüche oder Miefen.

Aber seit heute morgen riecht sie extra stark nach ihrem eigenen Geruch, extrem konzentriert. Sie riecht nicht urinös oder nach Stuhl, nach ihrem Futter oder nach einem Infekt.

Sie riecht einfach ganz stark nach sich selber.

Hat jemand Erfahrung damit?
