I didn’t know him or his music, but seen some of his posts criticizing his label/ Atlantic and him going off on his own. He then died in a helicopter crash. There’s also some odd imagery in his music videos and some Jesus imagery/ numerology oddities.

Mario Kart DS subreddit??
Don’t know why this subreddit randomly popped up in my feed but I use to play Mario kart DS all the time in like 2008 😂 glad to see there’s still love for it. I might be bias but mechanically I think this may be the best Mario kart game of all time, and it was the last time Battle Mode actually felt like Battle mode

Is it better to change my artist name or just start a new account?
Basically I have 2 songs distributed through Distrokid that have been up for a year now.
1 of them has over 60k streams.
But I really want to change my stage name on all DSPs.
Do you think it’s better that I request a formal name change through distrokid or just create a fresh new account with the name I want and try to transfer the song data to the new account to keep the streams (if that’s possible)
