I’m playing FIFA 17 - it’s broken

So a couple weeks ago I went back and downloaded fifa 17. It was my first fifa I bought for myself and I always loved it way more than any other (bar for fifa street but that’s a story for another day). Anyways, I’m doing a Norwich career, and I brought in 4 players on Loan To Buy for 2 years while in the Championship, but now I’m in the prem and they are unable to accept my contract (after buying out the loan). It’s broken. I’ve tried using two different cheat engines but I can’t force accept it, I can’t seem to edit their value so that I can just sign them in January, I can’t really do anything. Does anybody know what to do?

I have all 11 notches, 7 max hp, 2 of those soul bubbles that you get with the circle masks. Got the 2nd pale ore nail upgrade. All movement items and stuff gotten. Running: sharp shadow, soul catcher, quick slash, shape of unn, steady body and nailmasters glory (albeit the latter is just a filler cause i didn’t know what to put there). No matter how many times i get to it, always with full hp, in the last trial, where you have two walls and nowhere to stand or heal (floor’s spiked) I always die. I see the two little pink birds and fairy knight and even if I get past them I always take damage and then the next wave hits and I take damage and by the third one, I’m dead. Nowhere to heal, nothing to do.
