Anyone recommend any.
I am on a waiting list to see a therapist but it could be ages. I definitely think I have hypertonic as it fits my symptoms.

Anyone experience this.
I was thinking maybe it was a urethra fusion/stricture but I do pee a lot whenever I go to the bathroom so maybe not.
Can you do this long term.
I am getting a rigid Cystoscopy under general anaesthesia however I have asked that I don’t have hydrodistension.
I am scared of having more long term pain but now wondering if I am making the right decision.
Trying to sort a budget I don’t tend to eat out so it’s really just for being at home.
Learn from my mistake
Back when I got my mortgage almost 20 years ago my dad had go on it as I was a temp worker and I couldn’t get a mortgage otherwise. I paid the monthly mortgage myself so now cut to 20 years later and my dad know has dementia and now I can’t sell the property, remortgage or remove him from the deeds or even get a loan against it. Essentially I won’t be able to sell it until he dies.
Yes I should have removed him years ago but I was told it would be expensive so I just left it. I just never thought about this situation and now it’s too late.
Thinking about giving it a try.
I have heard you can only really do it for a few months as your accounts end up getting gubbed.
About £850 a month seriously where does my salary go🙈
I haven’t been diagnosed but I assume I have IC
Been having this pain for months but it’s unbearable now and peeing full volume every 10 minutes.
Can’t eat or drink anything as it causes more pain
Absolutely driving me mad
I know it’s a weird question but this stresses me out so much.
When I need the loo I don’t feel a pressure in my bladder I feel the urine in my urethra or sometimes right at the bottom of my vagina. It’s not just a sensation though as when I go to the toilet a good amount of pee comes out so the urine is in there.
This drives me crazy because nobody else seems to have this.
I am in so much pain I don’t know what to do.
So this all started in July 2017 when out of the blue one evening I went to the toilet and then for the entire I couldn’t stop going like every few minutes. In the morning I called the GP who said it sounded like a urine infection so she left me Trimethoprim for 3 days. They didn’t help and then after that I found I was bursting for the loo but couldn’t pee probably because j stopped drinking so I went to the hospital. They did a bladder scan and said I wasn’t in retention and tested my urine and no infection. They gave me a week worth of Co Amoxiclav anyway. A few months later I went to London to see an embedded uti specialist who tested my urine and said I had wbc and an embedded infection.
To cut a long story short over the next year in a bit I didn’t find relief at all with any antibiotic and my mental health was horrendous and I couldn’t work or do anything. Eventually I had to go back to work in Nov 2018 and quite bizarrely over the next year I recovered and I didn’t change anything. By mid 2020 I was pretty much back to normal the only thing that was different was the sensation when I went to the loo it wasn’t pressure but I would feel the urine in my urethra.
March 2026 everything has come back worse than ever as I now have pain which I didn’t have before. I am terrified of cystoscopies. I don’t think I can do this again.
Do you find that if you have acidic foods/drink that it causes frequency/burning.
