Ok, I barely know what I’m talking about, but here goes. I know that second position on a scale is a good accompaniment to say a guitar. I’m not sure why that’s true, but I’ll accept it. My question is “How do I know what key the guitar is in?” Do I just ask or can I tell based on the guitar? Thanks!

Going through the visa process. A little cumbersome, but easy enough. Got to payment, and I clicked United States, but it didn’t register and Vietnam was selected. Of course my credit card was declined. I want to correct the error, but the process says I need to create a new profile. I can’t do that with my existing email address. Any suggestions? I got a watch for Christmas and shortly after started exercising. I have a 169 day streak of closing all rings. I have a medical procedure coming up that may make me out of commission for one or more days. What to do? Lose the streak and start over? Lower goals and do what I can until I recover? I asked some time ago about magic bands. It seemed about a 50/50 split in value. As a result of my first day at Disney, I can come down firmly on the side of little value. They did get us into Typhoon Lagoon, so that’s nice. None of us (4 people) could buy anything with them. Get to Wilderness Lodge and they won’t open the room door. Had to go to the front desk and have each one individually fixed. They couldn’t be used to buy anything at the Lodge. So, they got us into the park, and after a fair amount of hassle they got us into the rooms. The value proposition wasn’t met. I’m thinking of taking this crew on a Disney cruise next year. I wonder if these semi-expensive souvenirs will be useful then.

Good evening! I’m thinking of taking afternoon tea at Raffles. Besides the tea and refreshments, the history and the culture intrigue me. I will be traveling for a long while in Asia, and will only have a collared shirt and a pair of trousers. My partner will have a sundress. Is this enough for tea? I’m concerned about shoes. I don’t really want to lug around a pair of shoes for 6 weeks that I’ll wear once. Does it make sense to buy a pair of cheap shoes in SG (or KL) and then donate them?

So some Navy buddies (45+ years ago) are getting together for a little reunion. I want to spring for a dinner on Monday, August 10. It would be super if there was some entertainment.
