How do you deal with flight anxiety?

I am a full grown man in my mid 35's and I'm getting slight anxiety about my flight tomorrow.

This isn't the first time I'm flying and ever since I was I kid I am fascinated by space and stuff and flying is the closest I can feel to space.

I always book a window seat and watch almost the entire flight over our beautiful Earth.

Problem is, now, more than ever I'm getting flight anxiety.

I do admit I've been watching in the last 6-9 months really cool made video documentaries on YouTube about plane that have crashed and although videos are cool to watch and educational, I think they've f*cked my brain a little bit.

Seen so many istances where things go wrong that I cannot stop think about it.

So, how do you calm down?
