I recently got my Alaska Summit card and plan to redeem my lounge pass in seattle prior to boarding my London flight in a few weeks and have some questions if anyone can answer based on their experience .
I know SeaTac airport has multiple Alaska lounges, can I visit all of them if I have the time to see what each one has with my one pass in the same day? Or is it only one pass - one lounge?
Is one lounge better than the other or are they all the same?
Is there a lot of food options ? Should I come hungry ?
Any tips I should know? I’ve never been to an Alaska lounge so I’m excited for my experience and will take any advice given.

Everything made from scratch (including the hollandaise) . Sauce had a hint of lemon to go with the crab!
I made the biscuits smaller then they should be for eggs Benedict. I know the portion looks weird, but oh well it was still very delicious 😋 😅
