I used to run various X accounts for a company. They no longer want to pursue the purposes of the the account so have left them with me.

Been working at my company for 2 years. My contract says I work 8 hours a week but have done basically full time hours since I joined.

My contract says I'm entitled to 28 days holidays and depending on shift patterns, we also work on bank holidays. This allowance is pro rata but I've never worked less than 48 hours on a 4 on 4 off shift. I've also taken 28 days without any issues in previous years.

Having booked holidays, I've now been told I only have 20 days entitlement after two TUPEd staff complained who only had 20.

The contract says they can make reasonable adjustments to the terms and conditions of the employment contract but I feel changing holiday allowance isn't reasonable especially after not receiving any notification of this change until I tried booking more days.
