Tradeify KYC shows “Verified” on Sumsub but dashboard still says incomplete, anyone else?

Just wondering if anyone else has run into this with Tradeify.

I’ve completed the KYC verification through Sumsub, and when I open the Sumsub verification page it clearly shows my status as “Verified.”

However, my Tradeify dashboard is still asking me to complete KYC, so I’m currently unable to request my payout.

All of my payout requirements have already been met, and I haven’t received any emails from Tradeify, Rise, or Sumsub asking me to provide anything else.

I’ve contacted both Tradeify and Sumsub support to check whether there’s some kind of synchronization issue between Sumsub’s verified status and Tradeify’s dashboard.

Has anyone had this happen before?

If so:

  • How long did it take for the Tradeify dashboard to update after Sumsub showed “Verified”?
  • Did support have to manually update/reset the KYC status?
  • Did you have to complete anything separately with Rise before the payout button became available?

Just trying to figure out whether this is a normal delay or something that needs to be manually fixed.

Will update the post once I hear back in case anyone else runs into the same issue.

Regarding Clean Factory (CF) Listings: A Brief Exercise in Personal Responsibility ☕️

Since this apparently requires clarification, here it is...

If you are buying a watch advertised as Clean Factory (CF), the onus is ultimately on you, the buyer, to conduct your own due diligence before parting with your money.

This is, after all, a replica-watch marketplace, not an MAS-regulated securities exchange with a prospectus, independent auditor, and statutory warranty attached to every listing.

That being said, sellers, please exercise a minimum level of competence when listing CF pieces:

  • Post clear photographs of the rehaut
  • Post clear photographs of the clasp code
  • Where possible, include proof of the original transaction with a TD or other credible provenance.

This is not particularly complicated.

As for moderation: I have largely stopped involving myself in determining whether every individual CF piece listed here is “legit CF.”

Why?

Because I am not your mother.

I run and moderate this subreddit for free. I am not paid a salary, commission, authentication fee, consultancy fee, or emotional-damage allowance for inspecting every watch that changes hands here.

Can I generally discern whether a purported CF piece is consistent with CF? Yes.

Is it particularly difficult? No.

It quite literally takes less than 10 minutes browsing r/RepTimeQC to compare known examples, clasp codes, rehaut characteristics, dial details, and other factory tells against the watch being offered.

Remarkably, this same internet connection is also available to buyers.

So, to make the position abundantly clear:

Sellers have a responsibility to represent their pieces accurately and provide sufficiently clear evidence. Buyers have a responsibility to perform their own due diligence before purchasing.

The subreddit is a marketplace and community. It is not an authentication service, and moderation is not a substitute for basic buyer competence.

And before anyone becomes excessively emotionally invested in the pedigree of an unauthorised reproduction of a luxury watch, perhaps remember the rather obvious point:

A rep is still a rep.

Whether it came from CF, VSF, ARF, or descended directly from the heavens accompanied by a notarised letter from Rolex SA, you are still discussing a replica watch.

So before you start taking screenshots of this subreddit, forwarding them to your little group chat of old 40-year-old cucks, conducting a disciplinary tribunal over my moderation, and solemnly announcing that this sub has “gone downhill” because I declined to personally authenticate someone else's fake Rolex for free, I hope you now know. ☕️

TL;DR:
Sellers: provide clear evidence.
Buyers: do your research.
Me: not your mom, not your paid authenticator.
The watch: still a rep.

No money, don’t buy - 1st VSF, not what I expected? (Sorta)

Finally added some colour to the collection…

Picked up a VSF Pepsi V3 to sit alongside my ARF Bruce Wayne, so here are my first impressions after a day with it. Bought from a non-TD (won’t be disclosing the seller). From payment to doorstep: 3 days. Came with a free coffin case, pouch, and card, which was a nice bonus.

Compared directly against my ARF BW:

What VSF does better:
- Case finishing is excellent. The lugs and crown guards have noticeably smoother corners and don’t have that slightly sharp feeling.
- Bezel action is miles ahead. Crisp clicks with a much more satisfying feel.
- Crystal is definitely clearer. The dial just pops a little more.

Where ARF still wins:
- The bracelet. This was the biggest surprise. Even though both have the F6U clasp code, the VSF bracelet feels noticeably more jangly and almost hollow compared to the ARF. The ARF just feels denser and more solid on the wrist.

Overall though, I’m really happy with it. I’ve had mostly monochrome watches for a while, so it’s nice to finally have that blue/red splash in the collection. Definitely puts a smile on my face every time I look at it.
Now… onto the next bad financial decision.

President bracelet snapped… now I’m thinking of doing something different. Ideas?

My President bracelet unexpectedly broke, so now I’m left with just the head of my DD40 Blue Ombré (shitter). Instead of immediately sourcing another President bracelet, I’m thinking of treating this as a fun project and doing something a little different before eventually replacing it.

So far I’ve thought of:
- Navy or black alligator leather strap
- Curved-end rubber strap (if one exists that actually fits well)
- Jubilee conversion (controversial, I know 😅)
- Or just bite the bullet and buy another Presidential bracelet.

I’m open to anything that’s tasteful but unique. Custom straps, aftermarket bracelet ideas, or even mods you’ve seen that surprisingly worked on a Day-Date.

Has anyone here done something similar with a DD40? I’d love to see photos if you have them. Looking for ideas that make people go, “I never would’ve thought of that, but it actually works.”

PSA: Potential reliability issues with the TOPF AP 15510 DD4302 movement

I wanted to make this post after spending the last few days troubleshooting my own watch.

First off, this isn’t directed at any TD or seller. My dealer has been excellent with communication and after-sales support. This is purely about the DD4302 movement used in the TOPF 15510.

Shortly after receiving mine, it began:

  • Randomly stopping despite being fully wound
  • Running inconsistently
  • Occasionally stopping while on the wrist, but continuing to run when left in the watch box

When I started searching around Reddit and speaking to other owners, I was surprised by how many people described very similar symptoms. It doesn’t seem to be an isolated case. Currently, I am waiting for a demagnetiser to arrive and demagnetise the watch to get that possibility out of the way.

If you’re considering buying a TOPF 15510, I’d recommend doing a bit of research on the DD4302 movement before pulling the trigger. The watch itself is gorgeous, but movement reliability is something prospective buyers should at least be aware of.

I’d also like to gather some data from current owners.

  • How long have you owned yours?
  • Has your DD4302 been reliable?
  • Have you experienced stopping, poor winding, or timing issues?
  • Did you end up servicing or replacing the movement?

The goal of this post isn’t to scare anyone away or attack a factory. It’s simply to see how widespread these issues really are and hopefully help future buyers make a more informed decision.

Wise USD → PayNow transfer bounced and funds are now stuck with an intermediary bank. Anyone else experienced this?

Hi everyone,

I’m wondering if anyone else has experienced something similar with Wise and could share how it was resolved.

I transferred funds from my Wise USD balance to my own Singapore bank account via PayNow, which is something I’ve successfully done multiple times before without any issues.

This time, however, the transfer unexpectedly bounced.

What’s even more concerning is the conflicting information I’ve received from Wise support:

The first live chat agent told me the transfer had bounced, the funds had been returned to Wise, and Wise was withholding them.
A second live chat agent later told me the funds are actually with an intermediary bank.
The live chat then stopped responding entirely.

I’ve also called Wise’s support line multiple times. Every representative has simply told me to “wait for the team to resolve it,” but none of them have been able to explain:

Why the transfer failed.
Where my funds actually are.
What the Payments team is doing to resolve the issue.
Whether the intermediary bank has been contacted.
When I can realistically expect the issue to be resolved.

At this point, I’m not upset that the transfer failed—technical issues happen. What concerns me is the complete lack of transparency, the contradictory information from different support agents, and the inability to provide even a rough timeline for resolution.

Has anyone here experienced:

A Wise → PayNow transfer bouncing?
Funds being held by an intermediary bank?
Wise taking several days (or longer) to resolve the issue?

If so, I’d really appreciate if you could share:

What ended up causing it?
How long did it take before you received your money?
Did Wise proactively keep you updated?
Did you have to escalate the matter or file a formal complaint?

I’m also posting this to make others aware that while Wise has generally been reliable for me, if something goes wrong, getting a clear explanation or timeline from support has been surprisingly difficult.

Any advice or similar experiences would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Has anyone else with a TOPF AP 15510ST (4302 clone) experienced this?

Just wanted to see if anyone else has run into a similar issue with the TOPF 4302 movement.

Timeline:

• Watch arrived a few days ago.
• Shortly after, it started stopping despite being fully wound .
• The weirdest part: it only seems to stop while I’m wearing it.

If I leave it sitting upright in my watchbox after a full wind, it seems to keep running (Last wind was 1202am, 15th July, and it has been running great and keeping time for about 15 hours now.) Once it’s on my wrist, it’ll start slowing down and eventually stop. I’ve tried fully hand-winding it, but the issue persists.

Phoenix has been great throughout this and has already asked me to have the case removed from the bracelet so I can ship it back for inspection + replacement. No complaints about his after-sales support at all.

I’m just curious whether anyone else with the TOPF 4302 clone movement has experienced something similar. Was it a rotor issue? Balance problem? Something else entirely? Should I ship it back to China and wait another 2 weeks before it lands back on my wrist? Should I consult a local watchmaker instead?

Would appreciate hearing your experiences before I send the movement back.

Thanks in advance!

P.S.
Local watchmakers have quoted ~300USD for a full service so I don't think I'd go that route.

Watch No.2 from u/PhoenixWatches - TOPF AP RO 15510ST White Dial w/ Mods

Another HUGE shoutout to u/PhoenixWatches and his team for absolutely killing it with my TOPF AP 15510ST White Dial!

I first enquired on 19 June, received the pre-mod QC on 23 June, the post-polish and rebrushing QC on 30 June, final QC on 3 July, and it finally landed on 13 July.

Mods done:

  • Gen-spec polishing, rebrushing and chamfering
  • Deep crystal

The finishing came out insane. The brushing looks much cleaner, the polished surfaces pop beautifully, the chamfers give the case that sharper AP look, and the deep crystal completely transforms the white dial. It looks so much clearer and more premium in person.

This was also my first proper big modded watch, so it feels extra special. I bought it as a milestone piece to celebrate the progress from my side hustles, and honestly, seeing it finally arrive was such a satisfying moment.

Total paid: 4,490 CNY.

Overall, another amazing experience with Phoenix and his team. Great communication, multiple QC stages, solid workmanship, and the final watch exceeded my expectations.

The next piece is definitely going to be even bigger, and I already know exactly who I’ll be going back to.

Thanks again, u/PhoenixWatches !

1st of many with u/PhoenixWatches - DJ31 MOP Diamond Dial

Just wanted to leave a review for u/PhoenixWatches for helping me source a great piece for my girlfriend.

I was originally dealing with another Non-TD to source this piece, but replies were taking too long and the process felt like it was dragging. Since I was already getting another piece through Phoenix, I decided to try my luck and ask if he could help with this one as well.

Phoenix immediately contacted his sources directly and managed to order the watch for me on 20 June.

QC came in on 23 June, and I GL’d it immediately. The piece is a 31mm Datejust, which can be a little tricky because the date wheel alignment is not always perfect on these smaller DJs. Thankfully, I got pretty lucky with this one, the date wheel looked properly aligned and the overall QC was solid.

He also gave me a very fair price and helped expedite the shipping. The watch finally landed outside my door on 6 July.

Overall, it was a great experience. Phoenix and his team had excellent communication and customer service throughout the process. While it may take slightly longer compared to some of the bigger TDs, I can definitely see why the mods and I were comfortable having him as our sub’s TD.

Thanks again, Phoenix, really appreciate the help with this one.

Is this normal?

Usually the PA charts get updated immediately after market closes but after Friday’s close, the PA Chart on the ATF dashboard did not seem to update my 5th day of profits making me not able to request a payout. Is this normal or is this just because if the holiday shit that the US is having? TIA!

ARF 4801 Panda vs VSF 4131 Panda - owners, which would you choose? General Question

Hey guys, looking for some owner opinions before I decide.

I’m currently torn between the ARF 4801 Panda w/ DEEP and the VSF 4131 Panda. I’ve read bits and pieces about both, but I’d really appreciate feedback from people who actually own either one - or ideally, have handled both.

Main things I’m trying to compare:

  • Overall case/bracelet feel
  • Dial, bezel, and subdial accuracy
  • Chronograph feel/function
  • Movement reliability between 4801 and 4131
  • Thickness/wrist presence
  • Any known flaws or things that bothered you after owning it
  • Long-term durability and servicing concerns

From what I understand, the 4801 option seems to have its strengths (namely pricing), but the VSF 4131 is also very appealing because of the reliability of its movement setup. I’m not too concerned about tiny microscopic flaws, but I do care about reliability, finishing, and how good it feels on wrist.

For owners: which one would you pick again if you had to buy one today, and why?

Would appreciate honest opinions, especially from anyone who has lived with either watch for a while. Thanks!
